Very beautiful, one of my favourites (even though I am a sucker for the mid-entry Newells). Actually, if i was in the market for such a high-end coach (not that I ever expect to be), I would go for this one over a new one. It looks immaculate, the kitchen was designed for a chef (the thingy above the induction stove is a proper extractor), love the layout and the price is right. I can see myself putting a further 200 - 300 000 into it, upgrading to a huge solar array, including the roll-up solar awnings, a big lithium battery set, going full LED, upgrading the control system (including 360 cameras and monitors - similar to what that cool guy, who designed his amazing new Newell has, from whom even Newell took inspiration), maybe even a suspension upgrade. That would bring it to the level of 2023, yet still a million below a 2023 price.
That is a very beautiful motorhome it’s just like new like you said and for the year 2016 it’s perfect so I just came out of the factory thank you for sharing his beautiful motorhome and watching all the way from southern Alberta Canada
I don’t think you can beat a Newell and this one is broken in and better than new as far as I’m concerned. All the bugs are worked out and knowing the history is worth a lot. Thanks Andrew.
If only I would have won the billion dollar lottery!!! Lol, beautiful unit! Although after years of watching these videos I may be leaning towards the mid entry!!!
ROFL Thank God it is less than a million dollars otherwise I couldn’t afford it. I can’t believe merchants still use this selling technique. Great coach and video, Thank you.
I hear you. But Brad always has a bunch of the same number in a row. But of course he could use 0s. Yeah I could not afford a million dollar coach. Glad this one came along😊
hey andrew, you two should do another horse back ride or somthing else showing how much your loving the move to florida man.. love you guys and all the videos your putting out. next year when I am ready to buy, iam looking you up for that my man!! until then keep up the awesome work. much love...
do not understand the reasoning for upward basement doors, especially when there's slide outs, you have to duck down further to get into the bay. The side opening doors are the way to go, this would be a deal breaker for me all day
It’s a trade off, for sure. But they give you more clearance to walk by when your site is tight as well as being able to move easily between bays when the doors are open, rather than going around a swinging door. I’ve had both, and these are so much more convenient as well as stronger by a mile!
Either you're a jet setter flying between Oregon and Florida, or you recorded this before you left and are still in Oregon. We we're taking bets you'd go to Gilbert Arizona next.
One thing that’s terribly disappointing. The sofa should be more like what’s in a Provost or other high end buses. This looks like one out of a 25’ Coleman TT. Beautiful rig though
I love your videos. I have an amazingly innovative idea for an RV/Leisure Van security/safety tool and I would love to speak with you about it. However, I want to know if you are willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, prior to scheduling a consulting meeting with you. Being that you are well versed in RVs, I respect and welcome your opinion. When should I send the NDA?
After I saw the report how the RVs the used ones are being sold that he played it prices it does not even match the current value of the RVs I'm stepping back and waiting for y'all to fix what's wrong
Congratulations on saying the dump is on BOTH sides. Most would say that it is on “either side.” Let me explain the difference. I have a one dollar bill and a one-hundred dollar bill. Now, would you prefer to have EITHER or BOTH? Oh dear. It would appear that I have too much time on my hands.
so basically a cheap coach with unnecessary things in it? No way this is for sale for close to 1 mil. There are many options that can carry car and it is just slightly over 1 mil. No way this is 1 mil
They aren't cheap. Each one is hand built. They aren't made on an assembly line. They go for around 2.5 new. I'd love to see one with this much room for just over a mil that can hold a car and is made better than a Newell.
@@TravelingStacker there is one by dumbell and another one I forgot the name that cost just slightly over 1 mil each and can hold like a sport car. I can send a link if needed. This is just like any other coach. No way this costs that much
What a nice rig, that floor is very unique! Thanks!
Beautiful Coach Thank you Andrew for sharing this

I’m with you Robert.
And I’ll predict that someday you’ll have such a high-end coach. When you get it remember this reply😊
6 years old and looks immaculate. Wow great value.
One beautiful rig Andrew. Thanks for showing it to us. The Motorcoach Store makes this rig look brand new.
This is a beautiful Newell Coach Andrew and this is a beautiful paint 🎨 scheme Andrew
6 year's old and it looks amazing. Great job Andrew. 👍😎

Absolutely beautiful. What I expect from Brad and The Motorcoach Store. Happy trails!

Nicely shot video Andrew. Well done.
Did they previous owners get another coach, awesome great coach .
That's a steal for this luxury Newell. Someone will be a lucky star in this coach!
You didn't elaborate on the front end update, I'm curious. Was it the screening over the lights?
Beautiful coach!
As always, great video Andrew. Wenhave learned a ton from you on Newells!!
My husband is 6'10", is the interior height tall enough to accommodate him?

Great job 👏
Andrew another really nice Newell, they are super nice.
A N D ..... 99 cents.
Very nice coach.
Yes. 99 cents. Of course.
Andrew, What was the coach the former owners have now?
You need to jump on this one Andrew!👍🏻
Either you're a jet setter flying between Oregon and Florida, or you recorded this before you left and are still in Oregon. We we're taking bets you'd go to Gilbert Arizona next.
It’s the exhaust fan for the electric stove top.
So buy what are you waiting for you got it
Someday…
Simple and masculine. ❤️😉
Great review, Andrew!

Beautiful ❣️
So Andrew, why are these folks selling this coach?

Hello, you can schedule a consult call on my website, RVingwithAndrewSteele.com and id be happy to discuss.
Good Luck with your Invention....and Congrats!!

Had it been a million… it would’ve been out of my budget…. But $999,999. Let me write a check 😉
Would they take $999,998.00 thats all i got!
Nice one
$999,999.... how many cents?
Awesome 😎👍😎

And what is wrong?
@@TravelingStacker I’m still trying to decipher that sentence. And what a sentence it is.
Very plain for 1 million. Don’t you think and 6 years old
What is PDI ? Thank you

@@bobknott2058 🙄 duh. Thanks

Impressive coach ! 💪👍🏼
Is the previous owner buying a new one ? 😁

What a number 999 999
Um? I’ll bet diesel cost has cut into that “Wait List”
I’m so glad that it’s not $1 million that would be way too much
low mileage i presume

For that price and no "coma cabinet"? Keep moving nothing to see here!
