The hulk thing makes no sense tho. Hulk’s blood is radioactive to the point a minute quantity was able to instantly kill Stan Lee. It reacts so violently to foreign bodies it broke a lab slide. This was a key movie plot point.

I think loki is just a chaotic neutral character at his base that is then pushed towards one morality or another depending on what happens. Thor dies, he becomes a better person. Something else could of made him more evil
In my opinion, that must've been what happened to those timelines in Endgame from where the Infinity Stones were taken. Till the time those stones were not in their place, a new branched timeline was created. But as soon as they were returned back, everything was (mostly) back to normal, and hence the timelines "merged". (I don't think they actually merge according to timeline logic, but as far as TVA is concerned, their future will play out the same as the Sacred Timeline, so those timelines are not a threat anymore and can be virtually considered "merged".)

Not only did the avengers die in this universe but Loki got what he wanted he was the heir to jotenhiem and had a throne waiting for him. In this universe Loki does not hate Thor and Odin because he got everything he wanted it is the reason why he seemed so chill and had the asgaurdian army with him.
My favorite episodes: - Captain Carter (I admit it's mostly because of the shipping scenes between her and Steve); - No Avengers (bittersweet, but powerful lesson); -Gamora and Iron Man team up (great chemistry, and the story doesn't feel as disrespectful as in the movie, since it doesn't spit on the "Planet Hulk" storyline, plus, I think they might do much good for the galaxy); -Season 1's last two episodes; -80's Avengers (good chemistry between characters and good storyline, an example of "simple is more", plus, love seeing Howard being more of the person he wished he had been earlier, like Tony does); -Kahorri (don't judge me, it was creative, and I can easily justify some of the historical innacuracies); -Redeemed Hella (good character arc, she really found herself, bringing much good from it, and showing death is more than just destruction).

I love the amount of thought put into the lore of this episode. The overlap between the events of Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk, and Thor, the integration of a mission Nat mentioned into Hope’s death and Hank’s motivation, it’s all really well thought out.

Unrelated but i really don't like it when the change in a What If story isn't actually the question being asked, this episode isn't "What if the Avengers died?", it's actually "What if Hope Van Dyne joined S.H.I.E.L.D". Edit because i kept thinking about it: The worst part is that by doing this you waste two perfectly good premises just to have a plot twist. You could make "What If the Avengers died" as a Ruins-type deal, where everything that could go wrong during Fury's big week actually went wrong, maybe Rhodey accidentally kills Tony, maybe Hawkeye does flinch and accidentally kills Thor (or he gets ran over by Jane Foster, which is funnier) and maybe Abomination succeeds in killing Hulk and now Fury has to deal with a rogue Hulk and a rogue android flotilla without the big ones. And you could do "What if Hope Van Dyne joined S.H.I.E.L.D" and just play it straight, in the episode itself she's high ranking enough agent to have the credentials to access the Avengers initiative, if you keep that her presence could potentially wildy change the events of Avengers, Winter Soldier and Ant-Man, hell, you could even have her in Budapest and change even more events, maybe she gets Hawkeye or Widow killed or very injured, which would change the events of Thor and Iron Man 2 respectively.
