I like the idea of the Arkflex but 1000mah battery is like the size of a 14500 battery. For a flashlight that size it should be much larger. An 18650 battery is 3500mah for example!
Secondary for sure. Im using Seeker 4 Pro or Baton4 Premium as primary. I dont own the Arkflex, i own one alot better, LedLenserW1R Work. I use that as a backup at work.
Thanks for sharing your setup with us, it's always interesting to hear what gear people use. You are the second person to recommend the W1R, it's on my list to check out.
I have both lights from o light. I swap them out based on my edc needs. The Arkflex tends to end up in my pocket most of the time . I find o light products to be very useful, dependable, and durable.
Olight is the real MVP for my EDC needs too! I too am switching out my EDC based on what I am doing that day. I really like the flat flashlight formfactor for pocket carry. Thanks for the comment and watching!
Yes, the pocket clip is reversible and the largest part of the clip is used to clip to the bill of a hat so the articulating head points down. It works great as a headlamp.
What do you think of the Olight Arkflex? Is it good enough to be your primary EDC flashlight, or would you use it as a secondary light?

Appreciate the straight to the point 'no waffle' reviews, excellent.
Hey, thanks for the shoutout! I'll keep the reviews coming without any fluff!
Nice review. Got me interested. I checked prices. Around $80 for a small pocket light! Goddamighty! Really loving my NEBO’s now.
@guermeisterdoodlebug7980 - Wait for the Olight sales when you can get up to 50% off of select lights.
Your spot on about the flex running cooler, my pro will burn you if it's on high for very long. The flex is the best for EDC!
Thank you for sharing your experience, I appreciate it!
Really nice review. I love all my Olights
Thank you for the kind words!
@@chestersedc you are very welcome
It looks like it can clip to the bill of a baseball cap. Is that accurate? That's important to me, as it turns it into a headlamp
