Hi, in the Tenant Members, I see popup saying "Heads up! Tenant Members can only be added through Teams." However, when I go to Teams, I am not able to add a new member to the tenant. I am on the free tier, is that causing a problem?

doesn't work for us on pro tier either. We can only view members and add them to our Team but cannot add them to a specific tenant
