@@BeatMower how are we going to get confirmation? I’m shooting any idiot that is flying over an active shooting especially with the RP we were dealing with. People don’t realize this is a game and we have limitations. Next time we will just stand there like fools and get shot at as it is clearly what you want. Don’t take in account just how long it takes to set everything up every time you go on duty. I’m sorry but these comments are pathetic, our cops are awesome and are doing their best with what they are given. We didn’t have enough LEO for the situation hence why we had to RP non death. In a perfect world we all die and log off so you can be satisfied?
So if you accidentally fall off of a roof just perma death and log off right? That is the logic. You clearly don’t care about the members in this community and just want to see A vs B win. OCRP is more than the nonsensical RP of cops vs robbers gotta get away at all costs. This is server 2 it’s relaxed and for the cops and this particular situation you act like we are equipped to deal with it. I stand up for our members and no one did anything wrong here.
Gotta remember It’s still GTA, not like they choose to jump off the roof. Gotta use a little common sense here man lol.

Also…the new level of EMS role play that they got to do was stellar. The triage and treatment even scene command was so cool to see. Even though the lasers and Jetpack man were silly, it made for some great role play after the fact.
I agree 100% it was an awesome showcase of our members that do EMS RP!
That first chase brought back "Combat Log" from my admin days. The timing of disconnects always highly suspect. This was a cool stream. Always nice to see how much actually goes into putting out quality video.

jeff unless you have full surround speakers you dont need that set up in the audio section. you can have it set to stereo speakers or headphones

Could add the cad as a second capture source under the game capture and use key on your stream deck to toggle on and off cad on stream
you have to choose the audio devices in OBS as well it usually uses your default mic

The issue is is the fact that OBS auto caps at 30 fps so you have to change the setting for that and set it to 60 fps then it should work a lot better
check your v menu it should have a setting for voice chat
Keep eyes on them and hurry to get around there and they won’t get out of sight lol.

i downloaded OBS on my new computer and have had the FPS/framerate issues i see in yours as well. and i have NOT been able to figure out what the hell i need to do. my old PC was fine and prefect but IDKKK LUL
ill add that i run 1080P and its not five M it does it with its everything lol

Jeff, I was watching this off and on so maybe I missed it, have you tried turning off OBS's preview when recording/streaming? For me that was the problem.
I fixed the issue by 1080p res native on screen. It was the only way. I did however grab a elgato 4k60 pro internal card for the streaming pc I am setting up so that should eliminate the whole problem besides spectrum's shitty internet!
