I am a Christian but it is alway good to listen to these Islamic lectures. We may have different ideologies but there is no denying that there is one God, the God of Adam, Abraham, Jesus and Muhammad (PBUH). We have the same God, and I thank God for showing me Islam for what it is, Peace. So that I am not ignorant and blinded by what ISIS is doing, media and governments to make Islam look bad. I just hope Muslims do not lose faith because of the hardship and non-Muslims educate themselves of Islam. All glory to God.

The God of the Christians is the same as the God of the Muslims, we are the children of Abraham! To us is due the inheritance of this world! Our religion, the religion of God, will be victorious and all other religions will wane! To God be the glory!!!!

Their is a time and place for everything :) Time of Prophet Jesus A.S is end because the message of GOD was not delivered at that time, and their is no such claims in bible that GOD said, your religion is complete or you received my full message on the other hand GOD clearly defined in QURAN that full message is delivered to you now, now it's up to you. you want to follow or not... now you are living in the time of Prophet Muhammad so rules are same "Worship only one GOD" but now we have some tough life because we will get most of the reward at the end of the day... jazakALLAH Khair for this. i did not know this from muslim scholars or islam but i developed this habit out of my own FITRA (nature) because i could not go to sleep. I feel this is present in us inherently, the Creator put it in us.
Burninglight yes, we dont believe in it. This does not make sense. All the messengers preached about one God and did not know who Jesus was. The salvation of their people were in following one god and those messengers. Those people did not beleive in Jesus because they did not know him. how come the method of salvation changed? These new pagan stuff was put into the bible much later. Son of god and servant of god are synonymous and that makes sense. There has never been a time in recorded history where a man and his son were one and the same being. Look there are sons by the tons in the bible: Exodus 4:22 22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn: The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769. Luke 3:38 38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God. The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769. So i dont trust the bible, it is confusing. No one would ever trust a self contradictory book except the religious text because they believe in it blindly. But believing blindly is not a healthy. People can believe in Satan too. That would be awful. Bible is self contradictory and ofcourse: it has been written by men. Come to the common message of the prophets: worship god alone. May ALLAH guide you to the true path. This comment box is too small for any debate.
If you cannot trust the Bible, than you cannot trust the Quran or Allah, because he said his word is unalterable. He said he sent down the torah and the gospel. If they got corrupted or changed than Allah is not to be feared. You should go to the internet and plug in contradiction in the Quran and then talk to me about the Bible. Jesus was preached as a shadow and type in the OT. He is considered the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. If you don't have the blood of Christ, you are no different than the Egyptians who didn't have the lambs blood on the door posts of their houses and suffered the death of their first born during the Passover. Why should I trust Muhammad's Quran or Allah when not even Abu Bakr did. he was Muhammad's right hand man who said "I wouldn't trust the makr (deception) of Allah if I had one foot in paradise and one on earth" Lol, Islam is not for the true people of God
Burninglight so you are telling me to believe the bible because the Quran says so (it does not) so do you believe in the Quran which is the final testament? It says Jesus was a prophet. Quran tells us that a revelation was given to Jesus but ofcourse the modern day bible is not that one. No one has got the originals. Even the earliest copies available were written by men after centuries. Quran did tell us how jews and Christians wrote books with their own hands and then said it was from ALLAH. Those revelations were only for those times and Quran is the final testament for all times to come.

Alhamdulillah, I was worried not enough people knew about the importance of asking for forgiveness before one goes to sleep. So thanks for the upload brother(s), and may God reward you for your efforts. But no one should think that they only have to ask for forgiveness before they go to sleep, in fact you should right after you've committed any act of sinning, be it big or small. Both will come back to haunt you if you don't sincerely and truly repent. Allah is the most forgiving.

It sounds more like superstition and legalism and shows a lack of trust of God. A person should make sure all those things are taken care of before the sun goes down whether they are going to sleep or not like the Bible says. Sleep is not the point. The point is like Jesus said. "Love your enemies and pray for those who spitefully use you." Muhammad never taught love your enemies. Jesus' word is superior. It always was and always will be! Can't you see?

You will feel this sword soon if you continue in Islam. Jesus was never militant. He conquered with love and truth. He said love your enemies. When Jesus said take a sword, it was symbolic of the spiritual battle we are to face. You don't know the Scriptures or the power of them; therefore you greatly err!

A last testament, another words a Muslim should have a written record of what should happen to his/her belongings if he/she dies. It is just a reminder that we can die at anytime even as we sleep. We should not leave everything in the air(so to speak).

I have not had a good sleep in ages why? because I think about every sin I have committed I think about every single prayer I have missed. the amount of bad language I used against my parents and others. every night I get in my bed I think about a lot of stuff I then eventually will go to sleep at 5 in the morning then suddenly wake up at 7 and end up rushing to get to uni
but you just need to repent to Allah, ask him for forgiveness and have the intention, to improve yourself and to stop doing bad things and then Allah will forgive your sins inshallah, because he is the most merciful....ask for forgiveness and then move on...you need to move on, better concentrate on improving yourself...never lose hope

Forget the sins, Allah(SWT) will forgive you, pray your prayers, control your tongue, speak what you want, not what it wants, and don't think too much. Allah(SWT) forgives those who turn back to their Rabb. You are one of those people. May Allah(SWT) have mercy on us all.

i did not know this from muslim scholars or islam but i developed this habit out of my own FITRA (nature) because i could not go to sleep. I feel this is present in us inherently, the Creator put it in us.

Burninglight yes, we dont believe in it. This does not make sense. All the messengers preached about one God and did not know who Jesus was. The salvation of their people were in following one god and those messengers. Those people did not beleive in Jesus because they did not know him.
how come the method of salvation changed? These new pagan stuff was put into the bible much later. Son of god and servant of god are synonymous and that makes sense.
There has never been a time in recorded history where a man and his son were one and the same being.

So i dont trust the bible, it is confusing. No one would ever trust a self contradictory book except the religious text because they believe in it blindly. But believing blindly is not a healthy. People can believe in Satan too. That would be awful.
Bible is self contradictory and ofcourse: it has been written by men.

Quran tells us that a revelation was given to Jesus but ofcourse the modern day bible is not that one. No one has got the originals. Even the earliest copies available were written by men after centuries. Quran did tell us how jews and Christians wrote books with their own hands and then said it was from ALLAH.
Those revelations were only for those times and Quran is the final testament for all times to come.

But no one should think that they only have to ask for forgiveness before they go to sleep, in fact you should right after you've committed any act of sinning, be it big or small. Both will come back to haunt you if you don't sincerely and truly repent. Allah is the most forgiving.

It sounds more like superstition and legalism and shows a lack of trust of God. A person should make sure all those things are taken care of before the sun goes down whether they are going to sleep or not like the Bible says. Sleep is not the point. The point is like Jesus said. "Love your enemies and pray for those who spitefully use you." Muhammad never taught love your enemies. Jesus' word is superior. It always was and always will be! Can't you see?
Burninglight Jesus was merciful and militant just like most of the prophets as they felt that people did not understand the URGENCY of the message and what was coming. Matt 10:34. “Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.”
You believe this because you don't know Jesus or the Creator. Did you ever hear of Jesus using a sword or commanding someone to use a sword on anyone? Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world or my subjects would fight to not have me given into your hands."
The sword He is talking about is the sword of God's word which sharper than any double edged blade that cuts asunder the joints and marrow and piercing even to the dividing of the soul and spirit and is a discerner of the thought and intents of the heart.
You will feel this sword soon if you continue in Islam. Jesus was never militant. He conquered with love and truth. He said love your enemies. When Jesus said take a sword, it was symbolic of the spiritual battle we are to face. You don't know the Scriptures or the power of them; therefore you greatly err!
Burninglight I have a question. What if i told you ''I am Jesus'' or ''I am a prophet'' would you believe me? If not why? do You have any logical reason? from your bible maybe? what i'm trying to say is that in every bible god didn't say that there was no more prophets, so logically i can be prophet. but in the coran god says that Mohamed was the last prophet so i can't be prophet :))). My point is that islam is a complete religion and taht's very normal it's the last religion and Mohamed SAWS said that he was sent to complete the mission of other prophets who came before him (as for example jesus) the coran is far more complete than the bible, i hope u'll get the chance to read it and compare it to the bible and i hope god will guide you. A last testament, another words a Muslim should have a written record of what should happen to his/her belongings if he/she dies. It is just a reminder that we can die at anytime even as we sleep. We should not leave everything in the air(so to speak).

I have not had a good sleep in ages why? because I think about every sin I have committed I think about every single prayer I have missed. the amount of bad language I used against my parents and others. every night I get in my bed I think about a lot of stuff I then eventually will go to sleep at 5 in the morning then suddenly wake up at 7 and end up rushing to get to uni
but you just need to repent to Allah, ask him for forgiveness and have the intention, to improve yourself and to stop doing bad things and then Allah will forgive your sins inshallah, because he is the most merciful....ask for forgiveness and then move on...you need to move on, better concentrate on improving yourself...never lose hope
don't get up brother Yahya, ask forgive to Allah and remember that to worship Allah is a half part, and the other half part is the good education (aklaq) with the parents, family, wife children, Umma, and all the humanity.

Forget the sins, Allah(SWT) will forgive you, pray your prayers, control your tongue, speak what you want, not what it wants, and don't think too much. Allah(SWT) forgives those who turn back to their Rabb. You are one of those people. May Allah(SWT) have mercy on us all.
