From what I have gathered 🙈 Its the ATEEZ high school and Mingi is the new student. There are 3 clubs, baseball club (San and Wooyoung), the biker gang ( Yunho and Jongho) and the calligraphy club ( Hongjoong and Seonghwa). The 3 clubs are trying to recruit Mingi to join their club that's why you saw them like "facing off" when they were dancing. With Yeosang I think that he is the type of like "big boss" at the school he kind of overseas everything. But this is just my opinion I could be wrong🙈 Love your videos!! Love ATEEZ!!

The word you're looking for is calligraphy. SeongJoong are in a calligraphy club,hence the brushes and the papers with all the writing..
