I always find myself unconsciously clenching my jaw when trying to sleep so videos like these are always helpful.
There could be an underlying physical or mental cause for that, I think you should bring it up with your primary care physician and/or mental health professional next time you see them just in case.
I’ve been gone from watching asmr for awhile but just started watching again and omg have I missed your videos whisperaudios ❤️ no one helps me relax like you do. 🤗
