Palma Airport: Hard bumpy RYANAIR Boeing 737 landing with almost tailstrike and take-off problem

Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). During plane-spotting of airplanes landing and taking off, I was able to take two unusual footages.
1. Landing RYANAIR Boeing 737-800. During landing, the plane first touched down very hard, jumped and then the nose went up again. It stayed up for a long time and the tail almost touched the ground of the runway. Everything looked as if the plane was about to take off again.
2. On the return flight from Palma to Düsseldorf, I recorded the following unusual situation from my window, shortly before the runway. A car pulled up, parked next to the plane and a man with a gun got out.
Everyone was surprised at first, but then the captain announced that it was a game warden from the airport who had to drive a large bird off the runway, before take-off could take off again.
