As a vegetarian, gots to try, Appam and veg stew(or veg curry), Masala Dosa, inji curry, avial, eggplant kathrika, Kerala fish curry, errissery (squash or pumpkin), mango pickle, okra fry(vendekka), Kerala fish fry, Fish moleee, shrimp curry, shimp fry, yellow mora and rice(it goes with rice well, just a flavored yogurt), cabbage thoran, beans thoran, rasam(spicy accompaniment) , sambar, pineapple pachadi, and many others.
A tip In kerala airports , always use the prepaid cabs booking counter inside airport , they wont charge more

After working for BA for over 23 years , I now appreciate how good other airlines and other terminals are in other countries. I think we are still playing catch-up. .? You are certainly taking lots of flights , pity your not getting air miles ? Can you get some good deals buying tickets while in India ? Brosnan was Irish by the way. Connery was Scottish George Lazenby was from Australia. He only made one Bond film with Diana Rigg.
I think delhi and heathrow handle nearly equal capacities. But yeah domestic flights are very cheap in India. If the destination is more than 500km it's always better to take flight unless you want to experience trains or buses. India is in urgent need for a bullet train network of the length of at least 20% of what china has.
