You mean how it moves in the video? Or are you looking to customize it? If it’s not moving like it does in the video, double check and make sure the head cables are all plugged in securely.
Hmm I haven’t noticed anything like that. However, some of my other props make clicking sounds when their jaws move when clanking against other plastic parts. It doesn’t bother me, but there are small rubber spacers you could put there. If you send me a video I can compare it to mine and see.
Do the eyes light up? I would double check the connectors. Make sure all three are being plugged in when connecting the head and make sure none of the connectors have any damage. Also try pressing the back button to toggle modes to see if this makes a difference. If you’ve tried these options, then it may have an issue where you can reach out to the manufacturer and see if they can provide part replacements
