I just posted the PRAYER REQUEST idea on our church's Instagram account (we are currently on a 21 day lockdown in South Africa), and we received requests only a few minutes later. Such a great idea.

No music option on my Instagram!! I just switched to a creator account, will that make it work?
It's a finicky feature...some accounts have it, and some don't. I spoke to a church who switched from a business account to a creator account and that seemed to do it, but for what it's worth I have it on my business account ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Question, why can't I see the music option on my church page? I only see the option on my personal page.
If you have a business page, businesses are not allowed to share copyrighted music natively. You can share from Spotify, but it won't play the song on IG, you have to click on it.

@@alexandermills2230 Oh really? I've never seen that before. I can share songs from Spotify, but they won't play out loud without clicking on it to open Spotify.
