Hello Griffin. Thanks for this Video. It 's usefull. I also have an asr 10 And after 30 years, i still love it. But i got a question. If you got your floppy drive out of the ASR 10 and putted in your flexdrive, how did you got all the data from the floppy's on to your SD or USB stick please? Thanks for the information. Tumbs up.

Where did you get the ASR10_~1. IMG file? can't find it anywhere...

I have this Flexidrive but I am using SD card . My problem is I can load my card but it keeps asking me to create a new disk or something . But , I can't get bye this screen . Help !!!!!!!!!

Hi there, quick question as a new ASR-10 user - does a floppy emulator drive like this replace the need for an SCSI/zip-disk drive, or does SCSI still offer advantages that mean you’d want to use both?

How hard is that to install and setup? Plus, how'd you get your OS image onto the Flexidrive?
fairly easy. I used a USB SD card reader and transferred the OS onto the SD card using a PC. There are copies of the ASR-10 OS on the net and plenty of users are willing help. The drive comes with step-by-step instructions.

Ok thanks 🙏🏽. I forgot about this device. I just got a transformer changed in my Ensoniq Eps 16 Plus also a floppy emulator usb from a guy off EBay. I sent to the Ensoniq for installation. I’m going to only use this device with sd card in the future. I got a Ensoniq Eps and a Ensoniq Asr 10.
Never heard of dis, azz a viable option 4 archiving floppiez, til ur RUclips.
Do u know if it will work wit an EPS-16+?
Also, how much data, can b saved? I have thousandz, of floppiez.
I had planned 2 burn CD Romz, BUTT da computer wizzez I came across, could not git much further than figuring out, dat they would need old computer hardware & old skool computer software & programz. Which 1z, they weren't sure.
So I have been stuck @ dat level. I'm REALLY hoping 2 breath new life n2 my EPS-16+, by being able 2 store my library sumwhere, safely, bsidez floppiez & of course git almost nstantaneous load timez, using a hard drive, zip drive, CD Rom, USB, or even da method ur showing-off! I hope u'll comment back.
