Nice job Paw Paw. Next time you have a similar project, give the nesting command in VCarve a try. It will help you lay out your graphics to maximize your material usage. The finished product looks great. Laying out the letters on the wall looked like an all day job. 😂 Thanks for the video.
I'd like to see a part 2 where you finish the letters
Great video you got me wanting to have a go myself many thanks
Go for it! Thank you for watching my videos

Gran lugar
Thank you
I miss the days of the sign painters nothing beats hand lettering
Yes, it is very rewarding. Thank you so much
Hey Paw Pay. Nice job. What type of foam did you use? It looks like it might be standard insulation foam like at Home Depot? Thanks
Yes, this is just the insulation foam from Home Depot. High density foam is better for commercial use
Great job. Do you know if easel do prism letters?
No easel does not unless it was just added
Bummer… lol
Dont forget to alter the 105° text descriptor from 110°
Thank you, yes, I did that off camera.
For the quarter inch bit, does it matter whether it's an upcut or downcut bit?
For the foam it should be an upcut. For the wood a downcut works best.
@@PawPawsWorkShop Thanks. I enjoy your videos and always learn something.
What did you use to seal and paint the pink foam prism letters?
I used exterior water based paint
