Season one was so good, it made Fujimoto's dreams come true, his manga became a series with western movie levels of direction, but this takes the cinematic approach in direction while also being LITERALLY BEING CHAINSAWMAN THE MANGA BUT ANIMATED, im so insanely hyped out of all shonen news this one easily blows the rest out of the water by a landslide we WILL BE WATCHING!

people shit on CSM Season 1 & JJK Season 2 despite them both looking great in their own right. the only thing i disliked about CSM Season 1 was the CGI. since this movie is adopting the more freestyle animation of jjk season 2 it means they can do a more fluid approach which i say is a great improvement... but the people that trashed season 1 like it was seemingly awful,.... they have NOT seen truly awful animation

As a non manga reader of chainsaw man, season 1 was pretty 🔥. Especially liked the different ending songs for each episode.

The director of the movie, Tatsuya Yoshihara, is the same man that directed ep 4 of S1 with Denji fighting the Leech Devil. CSM is in good hands 🙏🙏
