Do we need to pay the 1st semester fees and hostel fees upfront after admission confirmed and banks reimburse the amount back to us or just seat acceptance need to be paid and then bank pays directly to the college? Please clear thia doubt

You can apply through other banks, you can also check VidyaLaxmi portal. There are some banks that provide collateral-free loans.
Try idfc bank upto 30l education loan without colletral
Try SBI scholar loan, also check with bank of baroda, canara bank, bank of India. They do not require collateral
