Would you pay the extra $$ for this NISMO Z? One big takeaway is the automatic transmission with no option for a manual. Although it has more power and drives fantastic, I'd put my money on a Sport or Performance - but what would you do? *Thanks for watching!*
No. Nismo is hella overpriced tbh. Just get a base z, with 16k in mods you’ll have 750 wheel horspower, an lsd, and stiff suspension. It’s also the lightest version.
I think you were way too nice in this video. The “new” Z is one of the most disappointing sports car releases ever. Everything about this car screams begrudging, unenthusiastic, cut rate, and low budget because Nissan didn’t want to release another Z but did it anyway with no effort and at the lowest cost possible. It is a 2003 chassis carrying a 2014 drivetrain with a cut and paste 2009 interior. The “new” Z was already old, obsolete, and overpriced ever before it was released. Two more laughable facts about the NISMO Z. Despite this being the highest trim track spec, the NISMO cannot beat a GR Supra 3.0 in a straight line or around a track (it will lose even more conclusively to the upcoming GRMN Supra). Dealers are marking this car up above $80,000 so anyone who buys this car at that laughable price instead of a M2, RS3, or Cayman is an absolute fool.

im obsessed. i've been watching videos almost every day for months, i cannot wait to get mine
Nice review! Cool car!
nice review ! but i just ask myself wth did they put a mustang tail in a 370z
The 370z Nismo was a good car, particularly the chassis. I owned one, I've driven the new z and it had better down low torque than the 370z.
They need to come out with a manual option
This Nismo trim NEEDS the manual transmission as an option. Nissan is excluding many potential buyers from this trim as it sits now.
I love mine
Knock off $10k and give it a manual and that’s a winner
i heard you cant rev this car while rolling is it true ?
Cool
Just make own version of the z!!
So is it faster than other $66k cars? IE Dark Horse ?????

@GarciaQ60 your car despite the mods will still be worth $40k
No Manuel no thank you
