The leaps need to come faster. Old character have huge gap even though they both are the same S-Rank. Now to be perfectly clear, i don't mind old characters to be weaker. Can't sell new characters if they are weaker or slightly stronger than their predecessor, you know? It's just how business works in gacha game. That being said.... Currently, tier list is a concern only if you are highly competitive in PPC and Warzone. I've been using 1st-gen S-Rank in Global and haven't hit a barrier with them in terms of content.
To me as long as I can increase their skill levels and give them the recommended memories, I don’t think any of them as the weakest. I have Lee: Palefire and Wanshi as two of my strongest constructs. I still need to make Ayla: Kaleido(if that’s the correct name), Rosetta, and Bianca: Stigmata stronger though.
the translations need work. Also, I've been chaos and hell mode with Lucia Dawn pretty easily, her one issue is her sh-t survivability, but that just comes down to skill and reaction times frankly. Getting perfects on Roland is amusing as hell as Dawn though not going to lie, it feels weirdly satisfying destroying him as Dawn. It's also funnier to destroy bosses as the B rank Karenina.
As a new player let me say that Feral is so strong she trivializes the bosses I keep running into. She is far stronger than Plume on my team who is rates 1k bp higher than her. I also have Ayla on the same team and she is way stronger than her too. She should be higher.
which bianca veritas or abys, if it is veritas (lightning) better to reroll but if its abystigma (phys) then its good as you can also get rosetta+her sig weapon for free using the newcomer selector which is a big boost to bianca dps.

Ngl I haven’t played this game for 3 years and didn’t realize alpha just came out. I thought she been released but it was CN . I managed to get her in 1 10 pull and her weapon in 13 pulls 😂
I am disappointed this tier list. My Vera A with SSS+ with signature weapon+ leap damaged same as Selena SS+ signature. I am old player who can play almost perfect. And more - A Lee Palefire damaged 1,5x better than Karenina Ember (with SSS+ no sign VS Ember SS Sign) Sorry, imo = bad tier list
