This is actually Byzantine music(although the clarinet came to Greece in the 19th century).The notes,the melodies etc are Byzantine,not Turkish.You can actually study Byzantine music here in Greece which is basically church music.So if you wonder what Greek music before the 15th century was like,you can search for Byzantine music.It is mostly religious but it is very interesting,they are the same chants we use in our churches today.
