How long (years and mileage) before you jumped from the 250 to the Panigale. I'm currently on a 250 myself with one season and 1500km. Looking to upgrade to the cbr600s or the 848.
I would definitely ride for at-least 5K on your 250. Make sure you really think on the 250, there is not a turn I could not take, or a maneuver on the street I could not execute. Once you feel like you have for the most part mastered it, go for the Panigale and keep it in Wet Mode for your transition. I waited until i was 5,000KM into the 250
Nam Phan I love you guys that's why :) Thanks brother welcome to the family ! We are small but growing fast everyday I hope you will enjoy the content I have planned for the future
Hey RuffleOutGamer, I am currently working on the video and should be out NEXT WEEK :) This week I will be posting a follow up to this video on why I don't have the panigale anymore! Hope you can subscribe and enjoy the content!
I would still recommend getting a 250 cc to start to really learn how to corner etc etc. Though yes, you could start out with this in wet mode and be okay, you just won't be able to build confidence and learn as fast as a 250.
honestly for your first bike I think the Ducati 899 panigale is a little bit too much. You should probably practice and start off with a Ninja 250 or something smaller before going to the superbike
Hey StreetSharkz, really appreciate the reviews and I promise you, you wont be disappointed Let me know if you make the jump! It puts a smile on my face everytime I look at it
+TheStreetSharkz don't be nervous how much riding experience in on what bike are you on now? the great thing about the 899 panigale is the wet mode which puts on all of the electronics and limits horsepower down to 100 almost to a 600cc bike and makes the throttle much more gradual
Oh no I meant nervous about hearing how bad the insurance is gonna be hahah. But yeah I think I'll be keeping it in wet mode for a while. Right now the main ride is just stunting around on a little grom. A 'little' bit different than an 899
+TheStreetSharkz some experience is better than nothing. Yeah man the insurance is a bitch here. honestly it's so sad that it's such a problem which can actually make people stop doing what they love. I hope it works out for you let me know for sure I'd be curious
Good video, you got me in suspense. One of three things 1. you sold it 2. you crashed 3. it was stolen. Hopefully, you are OK and can replace it with something comparable or better.
Would you think this is a good bike for daily use and commuting because i got to school, work, and go literally everywhere on my bike inwas wondering if this bike is good for that?
+London 2241 Honestly it's not the best for that. It doable though. Make sure you get the comfort seat. How many miles and how long is the commute? Short trips? Perfect. Longer them 30 min? Gets to be a pain
Canadian Rider well i ride to school then i would ride home or ride to work and to grocery store to pick up skme food or ride around and cruise in town and maybe ride to the next town to go to the mall and hangout which is about 18 miles so yeah i use my Suzuki 500 for all that and want this bike and i just want to know if its good for all that atleast and i dont mind modifing it a little bit to suit it up for that
Awesome review man, like how it's to the point, would like a bit more info on how you find living it for example could you do long miles on this or would it break you? Is there excessive heat for the legs / butt
+Canadian Rider put it this way. When I had to bring the bike back from Montreal with the stock seats it was hell. You could not pay me $600 cash to do that again. It was a six-hour ride. With the Ducati Comfort seat I probably would have made it back home in much better condition. For example I would usually find them getting discomfort in my ass after 45 minutes of riding with the stock seat. With the Comfort seat thus far I tested it up to two hours and no discomfort
Already subscribed. I have been riding since I was 8 years old, when I had my first Yamaha two stroke 80 CC back in Brasil. I lived in Canada (Toronto, Montreal) for 3 years and then had to leave, and eventually migrated to the US (I am 50 years old today) and still ride A LOT. I go to the best Country in the world 3 times a year (that is Canada for me) and I really enjoy riding motorcycles for 42 years now. I am planning to buy a 899 to bike around town, I hope that will suit me. I also own a 2017 R 1200 GS Adventure which I take for long trips. Cheers and good luck buddy. Luiz
The fact I don't have her anymore breaks my heart. My next video will explain exactly what happened :( Don't worry, I have something else planning now ;)
Hey bro, we live pretty close to eachother! I should be getting my bike sometime this week into next week, and then I am starting up my channel. You should shoot me a youtube message on this account and we can do some dual vlogs! Would be awesome!
+Canadian Rider Won't be anything near what you have haha But a Yamaha YZF-R3 2016. Also, I sent you a dm on instagram, that's probably easier to contact you lol.
the video we've all been waiting for
I hope it delivered :) I am so so so so going to miss this beautiful sexy machine.
*do you think its possible to install this seat on panigale r 1299?*
The stock seat? Yes it is they are interchangeable!
Canadian Rider ok that's good to know because someone doing a review of panigale r said you cant put a passenger seat and its not available
Love mine! It's paid off and will remain mine! LOVE this bike!
Congrats my man, keep those tires on the road and your head up :) such a sexy motorcycle
you still own it?
"italian fine lady"
I think the wet mode will help me for my transition from vespa to sportbike. I will get 1 of these
It definitely will help you don't be too afraid of it 😎
Hi guys
Is engine braking on a 899 at --- off??? Or is 3 the lowest setting with less resistance? (And 1 most engine braking ?)
Love the video’s! If you want more Panigale content I upload new Panigale video’s three times a week!
Great video! Subbed!
Why are people disliking this. Awesome video dude! Love the feeling of being on a thin italian girl ;)
1 Person is a 675 Daytona fan ;)

Feels like your on a small Italian girl
She feels so nice
Oh she so does 😉
Canadian Rider if I could I would put a ring on it weight does a rotor count as a ring for motorcycle
That's ass 😍😍
Where can you get this in Ontario ?
I get tired of all the first impression videos ... glad you took the time to learn the bike before you made the video!
Thanks Iride aduck (ahahaha)! I wanted to make sure I rode it enough to really get a understanding of all its pros and cons!
What age do you have to be to own one of these aka get a license for one
Dude. I love the way you answer every question in the comment section. That's awesome. Keep up the good work
P/s: Subbed
Nam Phan I love you guys that's why :) Thanks brother welcome to the family ! We are small but growing fast everyday I hope you will enjoy the content I have planned for the future
Canadian Rider I'm 1m72. Do you think I can handle this bike??
Nam Phan no problem at all then with your size
can you make a video on how you mount your camera and set up your mic onto the helmet?
Hey RuffleOutGamer, I am currently working on the video and should be out NEXT WEEK :) This week I will be posting a follow up to this video on why I don't have the panigale anymore! Hope you can subscribe and enjoy the content!
+Canadian Rider thats good to know. I've been subscribed for a while now and so far i have not been disappointed. Keep up the good work!
+RuffleOutGamer Great to hear :) expect something next Wednesday!
Well put together, short, sweet and informative video, thanks man!
Thank you Serkan :D It was my pleasure hope you enjoy the rest of the channel!
+Canadian Rider do you think this would be a good starter bike because its lighter than a 1000cc and I could set it to rain mode?
I would still recommend getting a 250 cc to start to really learn how to corner etc etc. Though yes, you could start out with this in wet mode and be okay, you just won't be able to build confidence and learn as fast as a 250.
+Canadian Rider The 899 in wet mode is probably one of the easiest to ride Supersport
1299 next?
Don't tease me like that... :D
Canadian Rider haha
I just past my test and I want this bike what do u think?????? It is gonna be my first bike.
honestly for your first bike I think the Ducati 899 panigale is a little bit too much. You should probably practice and start off with a Ninja 250 or something smaller before going to the superbike
Im currently riding a 2002 r6 is there a major difference in term of speed and acceleration between that and this thinking of upgrading
Honestly for Street riding as I have riding both sure there is a difference, is that enough to make you say "wow" I am not sure
Are you Gotti like really expensive or are they in the price range of an average motorcycle because I want to buy one especially the 899
You can find one used for a good price now
gotta say this was a fantastic review... as if I wasn't already in love. I think you convinced me on this one. Stunning bike man nice work
Hey StreetSharkz, really appreciate the reviews and I promise you, you wont be disappointed Let me know if you make the jump! It puts a smile on my face everytime I look at it
hahah and quite a jump it will be! A little nervous about insurance now after hearing your story... hopefully mine goes a little differently
+TheStreetSharkz don't be nervous how much riding experience in on what bike are you on now? the great thing about the 899 panigale is the wet mode which puts on all of the electronics and limits horsepower down to 100 almost to a 600cc bike and makes the throttle much more gradual

nice review! how tall are you?
I am 5'9 175 lbs.
Do you flat foot on it? Am about 174cm, 5'85 ..70kgs..
Yes you will be able to flat foot no problem :) I am comfortable even with the comfort seat which adds a small bit of height to the bike
Canadian Rider cool! Thanks for the response bro...it looks really pretty.
Thanks and glad you came on the channel :) If you got anymore questions on the 899 let me know, I am quite seasoned with it now
This bike is so stunning, I am in love, definitely my dream bike. I am going to call my insurance to get a quote (i'm scared).
Prepare to be stunned :D
great review!
Its smaller because the L Twin motor is alot more compact.
Good video, you got me in suspense. One of three things 1. you sold it 2. you crashed 3. it was stolen. Hopefully, you are OK and can replace it with something comparable or better.
Hey BlackPedagogue! I am glad you enjoyed the video :) New video is done being uploaded and will post next week!
+Canadian Rider i just can't wait to know what actually happen..hope u still post other great video even if u left ur 899..😿
That I promise, I plan to make them better and better
Also, would love to see you take your bike to some twisty roads. E.g. 507, River Rd/Terra Nova, etc. Keep up the good work and ride safe.
Thanks I plan to hit up the Forks of the credit soon so hoping very soon,
Would you think this is a good bike for daily use and commuting because i got to school, work, and go literally everywhere on my bike inwas wondering if this bike is good for that?

+London 2241 then for that I think you should be okay :-) just make sure you get the Ducati Comfort seat
Canadian Rider alright thank you so much!! :)
+London 2241 which color you thinking of getting?
Do you commute with this bike? If so, how is the maintenance on it other than lubing the chain?
Yes I do sometimes to work! Really not any major maintenance other then every 24K is a valve adjustment. That oil changes and chain lubings :)
Hi, is this for tall people? I have a ninja 250 . I’m 5’6 do you think I will have any problems ? Thanks :)
You’ll be on your tippy toe’s for sure
How much did your Ducati cost
Awesome review man, like how it's to the point, would like a bit more info on how you find living it for example could you do long miles on this or would it break you? Is there excessive heat for the legs / butt
The Incredible Sulk honestly for long distances it sucks stock. the comfort seat is a MUST and makes long distance travel more better
+Canadian Rider put it this way. When I had to bring the bike back from Montreal with the stock seats it was hell. You could not pay me $600 cash to do that again. It was a six-hour ride. How long did you have the ninja250 before u felt comfortable to upgrade to this?
About a year and def could have used more time
Great video
Thanks buddy and welcome to the channel!

I do follow me on Canadianridervlog :)
The Yamaha R1M is one of the sexy looking bike out there 🙃
Some say the 899 panigale looks like the Kawasaki 300
Some say its all about the rider ;)
Hey bro, we live pretty close to eachother! I should be getting my bike sometime this week into next week, and then I am starting up my channel. You should shoot me a youtube message on this account and we can do some dual vlogs! Would be awesome!
