Great video..
An under cut before your top cut will give you better and faster results. No tearing and no hanging up only to make the cut at the very end because it didn't break off.
Always works best for me.

No under cut. Also one hand in the chainsaw, falling branches breaking other tree's ones. Mismatch or snap cut, not good. Need to learn more.
