Sara: “I wanted to be more physical on stage, I wanted to be a little more active…as the kids say, because a lot of our friends do backflips on stage and they jump over each other’s backs and they do like tumbles and like, and I’m just like, I walk down the stairs too fast, I think I’ve broken one of those small bones on the top of my feet. So, anyways, I started working out with this grownup man who used to be in a band and was like, ‘You need to do a lot of squats, need to strengthen your butt,’ and uhm… So, I’ve been doing a lot of squats and so now this suit fits quite tight around the rump area. Uhm, yes, you’re welcome, although you can’t fucking see it because this stage is too, too low, but now that we’re back on tour, I just want to say, my rump is ready for you, I can’t wait to see you in your Tumblr.”

I love that it's just the guitar in this performance so you can really appreciate Tegan's playing. Unfortunately it doesn't look like they played very many instruments other than this performance.

I wrote my past comment during the banter, but now I'm hearing the song and I must say, it's been SO long since I don't hear tegan singing like her old self, this sounds just like the good old golden days, for some reason I feel like tegan lost all her charm and especially her special voice during Heartthrob, but this, this is what I've been waiting for all of these years
