    I know I don't do this. Tried it. Very hard to hit the ball. Everything fat. Obviously I need to change my release pattern. My spine angle has been moving the wrong direction this whole time. No wonder I hit high balloon balls. Great video. Time to practice this a lot

    Trail hip back, resist with cross lateral squeeze, spinal engine is fully engaged. That’s what I see and also do. Can’t miss unless you try!!

      @@GoodGolfCoaching if I understand what I said and can perform to that understanding then it isn’t difficult. I’m sure others can understand it differently which also makes it simple for their understanding. It all boils down to forces working against each other to limit the motion necessary to strike a golf ball consistently.

    Certainly explains why I hit down so much and why I struggle with left and rights. I think I'm in the chest ahead camp. Going to try the resting the club against the zipper (careful) drill. Hope I don't need traction for a week after though 😂

    Really insightful Stu. I liked your demonstration of you rotating around the vertical club. (I circle the club it then circles me) Question: You don't seem to advocate a pelvic drop? The swing is more that 360º. It is also global in nature.

    Dude I want to be your friend so bad. Ok, so I watched this and went to my simulator, and walla was so good. I have a hard time in the downswing club getting too steep, I tried this drill and I turned so much more, it was crazy.... which now in my downswing the club isn't coming down steep because my turn is so much longer. IDK if that made sense.... Thank you. I look more like you now at 5:36 in this video.

    Would you say it's best then to stay away from trying to have any thoracic extension at the top of the backswing? What you are showing here makes sense.

    My take away here is you aren’t moving off the ball because your right leg extending is moving bottom half towards the target?
