Big thanks man, the power cable was a pain in the ass I wasn’t seeing the cable underneath but when I took the dash it was fine. This video helped a lot
You had to remove the whole dash or just glovebox? I have removed my glovebox but cant seem to find the wire string im using to fish it out. Tried today for 4 hours and no luck..
@@StaticVapour590 Yes, done to two cars now, dont go with the cable from the outside, but from the inside poke through with a long screwdriver between the two black AC lines. there it goes directly through the firewall matt and through
@@marsruben Thanks. Figured that out like hour ago after trying to fish that damn cable through those small grommets right next to battery. Almost like there is something blocking the route on my car (Seat Exeo / reskinned A4 B7).. Planning to pull the wire from grommet after I get it pulled out via AC lines
Cheers man! I am on day unteen of my A3 8p nightmare. I just want to amp my front JBL components and keep the head unit and rear amp, but I can't get any signal, apart from a nice turbo whine.
Depends on your amp I just got the vibe PowerBox 400.1 will support high and low level input this means you can attach it strait to the wire also with this amp if you tape into a high level line you don’t need to install the signal wire :)
Have you any drawing of this ? Do I need a hi lo converter ? I have a 2000 amp bought . The car I’m working on has a bose system any help would be appreciated

Thanks.. help.me a lot
I have the same car same model trying to set up my subs how do I know which red and brown wire is positive or negative
So u take power down to the converter, and signal from the original woofercables aswell?
so without a hi-low adapter we can't bring rca plugs to an aftermarket amplifier from the original amplifier?
