Brooklyn Chinatown is such an incredible spot! It’s one of my go-to places, especially when the weather is warmer. While the neighborhood itself is pretty expansive, so much of the action is condensed along 8th Avenue, making it such a fun and lively area to explore. The energy and atmosphere there are truly unique in their own way. This video really captures the charm of the neighborhood-thanks for sharing it!
Brooklyn Chinatown looks great no matter that what has changed 😎Lots of nice looking buildings , restaurants etc along your walk 🙂Thank you for sharing this enjoyable and relaxing walk A K🙂👍!!!
my old stomping grounds! back in the 90's, 8th avenue used to be only like 5 or 6 blocks. After 55th street it became more and more hispanic but I see that now it has expanded all the way down to the 40's lol.
It feels like you got off the subway at 8th Avenue Station where Chinatown Brooklyn is at Action Kid!😄😏 Some new things in Chinatown feels fired up and prepared for this!😆🥰😎 With lots of Chinese food and stuff, it's making me hungry!😋😛😍🤩 I can't be waiting for what's new in 2025 Chinatown Brooklyn 8th Ave AK and thanks for sharing that morning walk!🥹😌🤗😇😊
Action kid welcome back brooklyn looking like flushing and roosevlt ave wow im in Miami originally from nyc wow looks great all asian 100% food probably is the best like flushing and manhattan china 🇨🇳 town brings back great memories thank you action kid 👍
Thanks for the tour. Wish you would’ve shown us some good restaurants. Looking for Manhattan China Town alternatives. PS the streets look pretty dirty along that route. IMO
7th Ave and 8th Ave in Brooklyn I'm from Brooklyn and yes they do have motorized scooters and they drive on the sidewalk and will knock u down they don't care even wen your driving they don't care if your driving behind them or if they are crossing the street they thinks it's their country they don't look out for the cars it's so complicated to drive through that ave
So Amazing! and Nice to see Hundreds different People from different Countries around the World Walking in Peace and shopping for Cheaper Vegetables etc this Shows How Big and Compassionate is America with “A Big Heart” I just Hope & Pray To The Almighty God that this “Big Heart “ dosent Shrink and become “Selfish Rude and Narrow Minded” which is Totally Against The Holy Bible Teaching on Compassion for All. Growing up in this area in the 70s is jarring for me to see such a transformation. In a relatively short time the place is unrecognizable. But hey that's evolution, from a Norwegian neighborhood to an Italian neighborhood to a Chinese neighborhood. Up until the late 90s 8th Ave was not Chinatown at all. 😂
I enjoy tours of Chinatowns but this Chinatown is a genuine nightmare. People all in a hurry, not minding anything around themselves. Not very inviting. Omg how the area has changed from five decades ago. I really know that I have no interest in seeing present day bklyn. As an outsider, I would have liked to see some of the shops in more detail instead of just passing by in front of the stores. Like maybe a restaurant or dim sun place, the fish market offerings, the street vendor junk, bbq restaurant or seller offerings. For someone from the outside looking in, there’s probably a desire in seeing the hanging ducks, the assortment of fish and shellfish, maybe even the fish tanks and more. You get it.
I like seeing the other Chinatowns too, thanks for the great walk today in Brooklyn. Would love to learn more about Brooklyn
You're welcome, thanks for watching!
It was nice to see the local markets, businesses, and eateries in Brooklyn Chinatown. Thank you for sharing, AK! 😃

86 Street from 25th Avenue to 5th Avenue have so many Chinese owned stores from Bensonhurst to Dyker Heights to Bay Ridge.
This is my neighborhood
@ : I lived in Bensonhurst 20th Avenue for 23 years before moved to the Midwood, I never lived in 8th Avenue or anywhere in Sunset Park.
Hello, 谢谢 😊
I grew up in Sunset Park... the Chinatown here has exploded in the last 20 years. It now has grown beyond the 8th Ave corridor.

The 3 items for $7.50 and 4 for $8 are a steal as compared to those in Flushing!
Thanks Ak this china town looks nice than the other ones.
I was shocked by the amount of litters outside TD Bank.
loves china town in new york in brooklyn but do the other chinatown by little italy
actually there are 3 brooklyn chinatown...one on 8th ave., one on 86th st. and one on ave. u
Since I live in 86th st and I barely go to 8th Avenue , their foods are not for my appetite lol
Def looks busier than flushing.

How old is Brooklyn Chinatown? Older than queens Chinatown? Were buildings in existence prior to it becoming Chinatown.

🤩😍😋😎❤️👍
At least 8th Ave has a lager Chinatpwn than Ave U.
Why si many people are wearing a mask?

I Hate Brooklyn always and The Bronx.
