Thank you guys for all your videos. You all give so much for the small price of the membership at internachi. These guys are all the best of the best for sure ..
Our pleasure!
Best TOOL: 3 Folding Chairs for clients and realtors in vacant houses. Brilliant.
Yep.
@16:00, If you are giving out tape measures it is an excellent place to stick some advertising for yourself. One of our local home inspectors does this and gives tape measures to every client and broker during the inspection.
Good idea, Darien. More marketing ideas are at www.nachi.org/webinars/2017/the-ultimate-home-inspector-marketing-business-class
Great video with lots of great ideas for those of us just starting out. Thanks guys!
Our pleasure!
Thank you Master Ben and other masters in this video, indeed it is a great collection of data but how about ladder? Do you classify ladder as a tool? I am looking forward to see a video for ladders for beginners, considering that someone like me can afford a Sedan car not expensive big truck.
Tool or equipment. I recommend www.nachi.org/ladder-safety-training-video-course.htm
Well done.
Thank you.
I would love to hear what kind of vehicle they use. Most important tool. Van, SUV, pickup???
I like the bigger the better idea. Ford 350 Crew? I had that. Nice.
Ben Gromicko Thank you for that Ben. Just took my New York State exam waiting for the results back. I presently have a Nissan NV cargo van. Aside from the terrible gas mileage (10-12), I guess that will be my home inspector vehicle. I absolutely love it.
Hello. Which vehicle do you recommend for a beginner?
That's a personal call. I loved my Ford van.
What was the name and model of the radon monitor did Jim have on the tripod. Thank you
Not sure.
Lon's was Sun Nuclear or something like that 1027
Any advice on a mold kit or do none of yall use one

@@BenGromicko I appreciate that I have looked into that one. Is that actually one you have used. I have emailed and called them and have not gotten a reply. They also have really low ratings.
