I seen these on Ebay for $89.00 with $15 for delivery.. just look for, Adventure Kings Deluxe Single Swag.. I'm looking to see what type will fit on my motorcycle the best, much cheaper than the Wingman of the road, from England, that one person said cost him $800 Aus bucks.
I have seen them on ebay as well as 4WD Supacentre sells there too. Check out the Quicky swag from 4wd Supacentre. That is what most two wheelers buy here in Australia. Or they buy the traditional Aussie made versions.
Well Dave this was an awesome review and unboxing mate. It seems like a little health hazard to open mate or maybe it’s just your knife that didn’t want to play ball. I only have the big daddy and it has the helmet style clips to strap it up as well and it’s a good unit. I’m looking forward to your review mate as Lithgow will be absolutely freezing in a couple of weeks so make sure the fire is hot and you have extra blankets 😂😂 It was actually more expensive than my bid daddy I only paid $176 but I brought mine during covid and they were looking at moving stock. Again awesome unboxing and looking forward to the Lithgow review 🥶🍺
Yeah that knife doesnt like me. Have cut myself a few times with that one. My big daddy has the plastic clips aswell, the escape versions have the helmet style clips. I think being new and how versatile they are being able to sit on the stretcher that they are asking alittle more, mind you not as expensive as alot of other brands. Yeah Lithgow is going to be extremely cold. I have -15 sleeping bags, so I'm sure I'll be warm. Cheers for that, I wanted to make sure I showed everything I could and let people know about the quality which is good.
Awesome stuff. The current versions are alittle different to this one. We have also changed out the standard mattress with their single self inflating mattress.
Nice one Dave! Was looking at getting one with a stretcher as a spare for my Nav/mates who tag along on the odd occasion! Can't wait to get the Gu out with you guys! Dave Kim
Yeah I used to use my Big Daddy all the time. I moved to the single escapes due to size and ease of packing in the rig. Cheers, I'm alittle bummed I couldnt get out in a better location to do the video but for a unboxing it will have to do.
@@Daniel-oq9rx hey bud, yeah all good. Don't get me wrong the swag is awesome, but with mine I had seasoned it and had water drip on it in the Mount Airly video. The whole canvas was saturated. Also we were in -5°c temps and woke up at night with my hands on the pvc. The actually mattress was to small for the swag. So my feet hangover the edge and my hands froze.
Swags are very popular over here in Australia. So many brands, designs and quality. They are a awesome bit of kit to have, When you have a family though that all have swags it can be a little bulky. Dave
@@DestinationOffroad Hi Dave, thank you for your reply. Indeed, I see them all the time on Aussie shows. Better be well equipped when going 4w driving, trails are no joke down there! It looks like huge fun! I would love to be able to get my hands on one of these Kings Deluxe swags though, as I usually go off road with mates. Each to his own private space, you know what I mean? Lol. Do you know if there is a way to get one of these up here? I am in Belgium. Kindest regards? Geoffrey
@@gmcevoy hey mate, yeah they are awesome, you own little space, and warm aswell in winter. You do have to be equipped out here, we have such a massive land base and thr majority is rural areas with no help. I had a look on the website, ans they do not ship internationally. You could send them an email and see what they say.

Ryan rated it highly on our june long weekend trip and I had to get a low side version so it was a easy decision for the price
Cant comment on that swag but I love my Big Daddy Deluxe. Good clip mate. Cheers Steve

@@DestinationOffroad ahh I see! Would you be able to give me the primary reasons now? Looking to buy within in the next week haha

Shame these are not available in Europe. This looks like the best piece of kit one can get!
