Sorry but it appears useless to me as a parking sensor - a good sensor should be able to guide you to within 3” of the other car not 18” as displayed. I want my sensor to assist me in a tight parking spot.

I agree. I am also selling parking sensor myself. My system has 4 front sensors+4 rear sensors with a display showing distance in digital which is pretty accurate and the closest distance it can detect and show is (front) 15cm. and (rear) 22cm.
In real parking situation, especially, in a tight parking slot this parking sensor is useless. And without sensors in the corners its even useless.

those sensors are around 30 degree sensors and seem to be pointing pretty straight. Will not cover bumpers in close range.
