I know about the bad effect of grapefruits on certain drugs like hypertension and cholesterol drugs, but when I asked the pharmacist whether pomelo will affect drugs adversely like grapefruit, she told me that pomelo does not matter, it will not affect drugs the way grapefruits will. But after Dr. Rex's explanation, now I am confused.

It should be contraindicated substances. You don’t say conflicts of interest among drugs. That term only applies to people but not drugs.
