Women's soccer leagues should be continental/federation wide. The Super League concept would actually work better for women's soccer in Europe and one league for Canada/the US (maybe even Mexico). Women's pro hockey was doomed by having dual competitive leagues. Also the reason why there's no male pre-fix for men's league's is because women are not barred from playing in those leagues while men are barred from women's leagues. I also agree with Ollie, that having a "W" is actually a positive now.
Because 1-3 teams isn't enough to develop player pool to remain a top 10 nation. It's also not enough to build out Canada's women's football infrastructure from coaches, management, refs && stadiums. It's just like 3 MLS teams have shown it isn't enough to develop Canadian men's players.
Congrats Canada on getting you row. Women’s pro soccer league. And getting tv deals already? Putting the CPL to shame who could only get OneSoccer (sorry OneSoccer) and it be online only.

Why not just join in with USL or NWSL.
