- Four people were charged Wednesday with concealing a human corpse and tampering with evidence in connection with the discovery of body parts in parks on Long Island. The four suspects, Steven Brown, Jeffrey Mackey, Amanda Wallace and Alexis Nieves, all pleaded not guilty to hindering prosecution, tampering with physical evidence and concealing a human corpse and were released without bail. John Halverson, the attorney for Mackey, joins "Banfield" to discuss.

Maybe he should have phrased it better?
Something like, "In terms of the specifics of the case, I can't get into what my client said to me. But what I can tell you is that he told me he's not guilty."
In other words, most of us understood the inference.

They obviously chopped someone up and tried to get rid of em. And having the defendants lawyer on the show is pointless and is a waste of time. They always will say “I can’t say, I don’t know, they are not guilty.” Useless
