Thank you so much Rev. You just saved me even wire cast could not help me with their own product. thank you so much. your video was short and strait to the point. I want to make a donation to you right now.
How many cameras are being used. Can one camera livestream through Wirecast to both facebooklive and utube at the same time or two cameras one each streaming through wirecast to both facebooklive and utube at the same time.please explain
Hi Josh, I am currently having issues with my Wirecast software. I stream my church's services to our YT and FB platforms and many times after making sure the settings are correct soon as i hit the stream button i get an error message stating that my wirecast has haulted and needs to shut down then it shuts down automatically. I wait 10-15 secs and when i try again i get the same message and shuts down again then usually by the 3rd or 4th try is when it connects and streams. Also i notice that sometimes i get a black screen that comes for about on for about 2 sec on both my live and preview screen then it goes away. Just wondering what may be the issue and how do i fix it? your help is much appreciated.
Hey @Bernard-H thanks for reaching out! I’m not sure what that would be. Here are a few things I would check out… 1. Does your Wirecast need updated? 2. Make sure there aren’t multiple events made on RUclips. 3. Are you recording as well? If so, you may be out of storage wherever you’re recording to. 4. Last resort may be to uninstall and reinstall and start fresh. I’m sorry I don’t have certain answers but I hope this helps in any way!
@@BehindTheScenesWorship Thanks Josh, I do appreciate your help. The 1 thing i notice when i get it to stream after 2-3 tries is that the live view tends to studder lightly which makes me wonder if it is a GPU issue or not. I am using V12 and it is up to date but not sure what could be causing the issue. Thanks!
Hello Josh, I am a media director at my church and we are currently live streaming to Facebook. Our current upload speed is 21.43 and we are also using Wirecast at 1080p 30 (4Mbps). Our church just recently added a youtube page and i would like to stream to both pages at the same time but i am having some issues doing so. I tried to stream RUclips at 720p 30 keeping Facebook at the same setting but unfortunately its not working. Im noticing that my camera stream turns into a slow motion sort of. My PC specs are Win I7 3.5 GHz, 32GB ram. Based on these specs what would be the best settings i should use on wirecast to stream to both platforms at the same time to get a good quality stream. Your help is m uch appreciated. Thank You
Hey there!!! I am able to stream 1080P 30fps to both with no issues. I would make sure your computer CPU meter is good and you should be fine. You have plenty of power to do so. I’ve never seen it do a slow motion effect sorta lol
@@BehindTheScenesWorship Thanks, Honestly what im noticing is that when i try to stream to both platforms my CPU goes up to 100% vs staying at a steady percentage to keep a steady stream and when it goes up to 100% it slows down the video stream and even sometimes the video starts to studder. I'm trying to figure out what settings would be best for each platform with the current upload speed i have @ 21.43.
@@BehindTheScenesWorship I'm just wondering how do i check to see if my CPU meter is good. I've never had to check that and not sure why it won't allow me to stream to 2 platforms at the same time.
@@Bernard-H so there is a CPU percentage meter on the bottom(I believe it’s the bottom) of the Wirecast screen. It will show you how much CPU is being used while you’re streaming… I would start a stream and then check that number… we stream to Facebook and RUclips at 1080p 30fps and record to the desktop 1080p 30fps and our meter is running at about 40-50% CPU
@@BehindTheScenesWorship Yes, the CPU Percentage meter on my Wirecast is at the top right next to the stream/record buttons. When i stream on Facebook at 1080p 30fps my percentage is usually between 30-40% and if i record to desktop while i stream it goes up to 50-60% but if i try to stream to Facebook and RUclips at the same time without recording the percentage goes up to 100% and it slows down the streaming but im not sure why.
Which version are you using? My screen looks different. So, does someone have to physically be there to start the stream @ 7pm or does it go automatically?

Wow thank you so much!!! Unfortunately I don’t have a way for anyone to donate money. If you wish too, my Cashapp is $joshjefferson77
God bless you!!!!!!
Hello pastor thank you for breaking this down. Also can you set up more than one rtmp for facebook and stream to multiple FB pages?
I have never tried it personally but idk why that wouldn’t work!!! Go for it!
Great video!
Question: Have you any idea what would cause a no sound and skipping video on wirecast?
I am thinking it was a fb error but not sure.
Thank you for this simple video. Answered many of my questions!
