Thanks Mark. I am a musician who is becoming stage fit again. At 72 years old and I am returning to training with an 8 kilo bell. It feels pretty good and my general mobility has transformed in just 5 weeks of 20 minutes a day bell and general stretching moves. I am careful not to overdo things, but stay within my limits of comfort and breathing. It's a great piece of kit to take on trips. Your training videos really helped me to understand more about what I am doing. Thank you very much for your work.

Wish you to rock that stage well, Bob!
I myself am a musician who started slacking on fitness recently. I had a gig recently in the middle of a park, so no car to the stage. Having to carry huge bass amps for 15 minutes straight is a great motivation to pick up kettlebelling :)

One of the best videos that describes how kettlebells are different from dumbbells/barbells.
Winter is coming. My outdoor exercise routine will need become an indoor one. I have been struggling to choose what to invest in. I need something for both cardio and strength training.
I have been watching a lot of Kettlebell videos. This one video helped me choose. I have been working out with one 5lb weight and one 10lb weight. I will invest in two 15lbs.
Thank you. I subscribed without even watching your other videos. That is how informative and great this one video was.

Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

I have to say my man, you have about the nicest KB press form out there. I constantly see people getting lots of reps starting nowhere near the proper rack position, and going nowhere near the full lockout (even respected trainers like Dan John, just look at his 'perfect workout' video), and when I see them move lots of weight for lots of reps I get tempted to sacrifice my form a bit, but then I watch one of your pressing videos to keep my mind in check. So thanks

Weightlifting heavy, only made things worse, because i would have to do the double of time for stretching, mobility work to even it out, and yet, still i felt tight on the hips. No weightlifting, just kettlebells and calistenics are for me the key for longevity

day 2 warm up , clean and press high reps, sets of 5 but dont stop, use his transitions, rest when form goes, if I cant press I carry on with just snatch until too tired to have good form, then I do a legs, either squat or lunge, again high reps correct form,
