Twist the knob the opposite direction and on the upper oven. You can actually turn the knob clockwise and anticlockwise.

Those buttons are for electric one for the burners and the other one for the oven. That is your match for electric.

The electric burner knob is the one that has number written on it, with one as the lowest heat and 3 as the highest heat. So plug to a source and twist the second knob from the left.

My oven is too high even when i reduced it to the end. It burnt my bread as i place it on the middle number no 3 rake. It has 12345 lines where you can bake. Is only on 2nd close to up oven that it doesn't burn and my pan can't enter there. Only when I'm baking meatpie etc that it doesn't burn cose i put it on number 2. How do i set it correctly? I just started using it and is new. On the oven botton it has 123 so when i hear set oven to 180 etc i don't get 😂
