- Hi
I Am Riya welcome to Fashion Mantra With Riya hope you all are good and doing well.
About this video- In this video i am showing you all how to take exact body measurements.Taking accurate body measurements is important for a variety of reasons, such as tracking changes in body size, ensuring proper clothing fit, and monitoring health and fitness progress. Here are some general steps to follow when taking body measurements:
Use a flexible measuring tape: A flexible measuring tape is the best tool for taking body measurements. You can find these at most fabric or craft stores.
Wear form-fitting clothing: When measuring, it's important to wear form-fitting clothing, such as athletic wear or tight-fitting clothing, to ensure accurate measurements.
Find a flat surface: Stand on a flat surface with your feet slightly apart and your arms at your sides. Make sure your posture is good and your shoulders are relaxed.
Take your measurements: Here are some common body measurements you may want to take:
Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the tape is straight and parallel to the ground.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually around the hip bone.
Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of your ankle or the length you prefer your pants.
Thighs: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh, usually around the middle.
Arms: Measure around the fullest part of your biceps, usually around the middle.
Record your measurements: Write down your measurements or input them into a tracking app or software, so you can easily refer to them later.
Remember to take your measurements at the same time of day and in the same conditions each time to ensure consistent and accurate results
thank you so much...
