2024 Pedal for Alzheimer's Cyclist Greg Mason Rides 444 Miles to Fight Alzheimer's

Reflecting on a powerful experience, SilverAssist CEO Greg Mason and his team of Strambecco's, pedaled a remarkable 444-mile along the Natchez Trace Parkway to spread awareness and raise funds in the fight against Alzheimer's. The October 21-26, 2024 charity cycling event was personal for Greg as he lost his grandfather and uncle to the disease, and for Greg, carrying the same gene marker comes with a higher incidence of contracting the disease, which made this ride all the more personal. Although he didn’t start cycling as a preventative measure, the happy outcome is that the cardiovascular benefits of cycling act as strong preventative medicine.
