Couldn't have said it better myself. Hyper-authoritarian randown third world country of a corrupt failed state. Basically becoming Venezuela. The drivers are terrible too. I'm glad I don't live out there anymore, I miss being able to ride a roadbike but I'm fine mountainbiking.
