yet people still try to copy settings of any good player and not even try to adjust it but rather force them self to play it i hope ppl will understand copying most settings is not going make u good it may fit you but really advise people to adjust them if need be

linear with no deadzone feels like it has less aim assist even though it doesnt. On linear, aim assist locks on when theres no input coming from your sticks, and any micro adjustment you do is to nudge the aim back into the aim assist "zone". Since aim assist can react quicker than a human can, thats why it feels less "sticky" with no deadzone. The deadzone is kind of like having the buffer walls turned on in bowling. It allows for a greater margin of human error.

@@Anotherdonny You do have aim assist. It’s just *less* noticeable, because it’s *more* sensitive. Meaning you have *more* control (micro adjustments are noticeably more reactive, etc), so aim assist feels *less* prevalent as a result. Modes like *classic* smooth out any over-corrections you may make, by reacting less to your *raw* input. *Linear* , however, is basically, your *raw* input. Every exact movement you make on your thimbstick, is directly translated to game. I hope this helps. 👍
Edit: if you can get good with linear, you can become unstoppable in the aim department because it relies entirely on your ability to move the stick. Meaning, on a foundational level, you’re pretty good at hitting your shots. All that remains is game sense, how to position correctly. When to rotate. What fights to pick, yada yada. You already probably know this tho lol.

really wish they’d add a dead zone slider for the regular settings
I tried this sens for a full season and i felt like i was playing on ice/without aim assist. I advise everyone to feel free to try different sens but just because your favourite pro player is using this sens and swears by it, doesnt mean its the right sense for you!
That’s exactly how I’ve phrased it! It feels like I’m playing on ice, like linear on zero deadzone is slippery. I use Gens ALC’s, and they are crazy. Extremely good, but not at all easy to use. One of if not the highest skill ceiling sens on controller!

@@ITR1329 I play Classic 4-4 no deadzone (classic has built in deadzone). I use this sens because personally I don't like to feel a massive difference between sensitivity whilst aiming down sights and hipfiring
My normal alc sens feel like what you explained and I love it I tried 4-3 linear today and man it’s so slow I feel so bad but my aim is so sticky I feel like I can’t even get off target if I tried to

Don't forget to add that linear with stick drift and small dead zone will leave you aiming for your life 😂 your aim is gonna go everywhere. Just figure out a sense that works for you. I used a couple settings videos but adjusted deadzone here and there to get it right. I play alc myself. If you play claw you will have more control over your aim and be faster at looting. I personally don't play claw but if you watch tollis/extessy you'll notice a huge difference.
It’s really not that bad even with drift I converted to 4/3 linear from 3 years of 4/5 steady or 4/4 classic I have my shit on no dead zone it’s beams man

You only play claw if you dont wanna change your binds. If you’re willing to change them, there are definitely better ones than what extesyy uses. You can keep your thumbs on analog all the time for movment /fights/holstering.
You only need to claw for loot
@Someone that wasn't my point. I was talking about controlling your aim with your right thumbstick. If you know any other way that you can hold a controller that gives you a little more control while aiming I'd like to know lol I've only known of claw and regular.
@@MrBorn2rhyme shoot R1 /ADS L1/ ability R2/ crouch L2/ jump left stick press/ holster weapon right stick press/ ping on x/ melee on O/ interact on square.
This basically makes your R2/L2 like back paddles on a scuff controller, and you don’t have to move ur thumbs from aim and move , thus aiming better.
Also if you’re on pc, an extra thing you can do is turbo square , which makes super jump easier, also looting.
U can bind super glide cfg to triangle, and tap strafe to left stick.
Also you can utilise your touch pad, i have left touch “touch” as number 3 so i can insta holster to faide slide. Also its more practical and faster than holding holster.
Finally i have push to talk on select.
If you’re a person that has to deal bombastic stick drift like me, this “linear” prolly ain’t gonna work. I tried it for a good day and yeah I was beaming people, but it just got annoying to have to control everything so much. Also, my hand feels like it has arthritis. So there’s that.

I switched from MnK to controller and the difference is night and day; I'm able to full clip people more consistently and all my close range 1v1s are easily won.

Once I switched to Linear. It took me some time to get used to, but I'm hitting better.
I find it strange at 10:30 after he prefires them, how he is looking at the floor following their movement not even taking a look at the zipline where player might follow him when he is using battery. Than at 11:13 that looked like he is hip firing downed guy behind ko. shield he was actually hip firing the guy behind the cover and made an error. I might be wrong but I will just highlight those 2 situations.
Sound he is using sound. The players below were at least around the corner so he would hear the seer run up before even getting to the zipline. He heard the other team approaching and decided that the team under him was less of a threat at the moment and went to pursue the other team. Hes not cheating hes just using sound.
at 11:13 when he swung that corner he prefired the down shield incase then reacted when he was further away. If he was using esp he would have known he was further away.

So the drift is normal with no dead zone. I was wondering that. I typically play classic and never have experienced drift until changing to linear. I was hoping it wasn't my roller.

once you take the time to get used to 4-3 linear with no deadzone you wont wanna go back. learn how to control recoil with different guns and eventually you can beam from any distances
That’s how I feel about my alcs, it’s got the stickiness’s of linear but allows me to be more fluid with my movement without having to correct myself like I would on linear and beam from any distance with any weapon. Linear is a good sense but I’ve played with my alcs for the past 14 seasons to adjust perfectly for my play to switch.

Heard him at 6:52 where else would he be the audio points to where they are if you just think. He wasn’t on the ground I’ve already looked in that direction long enough to know that so there’s only one obvious thing to do, look up on the rock which is why it damn near looks like I pre fired him.

yeah, if i was as good as i'd be busted too. Unfort i'm not even when using the same settings, it isn't even close.... A testament. Though Linear did make me better, It felt odd initally but almost like my cursor was sliding around ( weird i know but thats how it feels call it a flow.) Specifically when moving in one direction and firing in the other.
