    Great job disassembly the transmission. And getting to the root cause of failure.

    Do you recommend using Dexron VI fluid in these transmissions or using Dexron HP ?

      @@Leekautorepair it calls for Dexron 6 but there are posts that many have used Dexron HP to eliminate the shudder in this transmission

    Yo yo Leek does this 2020 just has a lemon transmission or was it rough housed to be slipping and banging already?

      @Leekautorepair  2 года назад +3

      Nah it was just internal failure. Nothing the driver did on this one at least. That’s why we have warranty lol

    Do you know how this failure happened? Is it a design flaw or user error?

    Why do companies have come out with a new transmission every other year. Just design a good one that will last a eight years or so before a redesign. Planned obsolescence and $$$.The problem is they are killing market, it's anti-capitalism.

    I have so much more respect for you technicians. Chevy and their terrible designs can suck it. After seeing all the shit you had to take apart. I ain't touching my wife's Traverse. I'll leave that to the pros.
    I'm still gonna do my thing with my Ford Ranger. Easy peasy.
