hi anna- im a third year in pre-med studying in melbourne - and this hits different.
i think it's such an unique field, and i often find myself having a bit of imposter syndrome and the content is tough and i often face burn out but at the end of the day, the idea that i could save someone's life always keeps me coming back
i think its like maya angelou said: I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back.
i have always known that regardless of money, status, i wanted to do a job i felt fulfiled in and i think knowing that someone's life was better bc i kept going would mean a lot to me.
anyway all the best of luck with uni!

Hi, loving your vlogs a true insight into the med school journey. My daughter has an offer for med at Birmingham stating September. Can I ask which accomodation most 1st year med students stay at and which you would recommend? Thanks 😀

Thank you so much, good luck to your daughter that is amazing she has a place! I would really recommend the vale accommodations, they're very social and were most 1st year students are. There are a lot of different choices there for, I explain a little more in this video (which is quite old!) but hopefully it helps ruclips.net/video/e1smSWpJx2Q/видео.html
