    I'm a senior my back started hurting over the years I heard a guy on a video talk about how seniors don't strengthen their core they start walking hunched over so they have back problems That video helped me a lot to remember to pull my tummy in like I used to when I was younger

      Mainly you want to check your neck and face for any tension while stretching so you should be able to do whatever you want with your head in any position really 😄

    Hello, @TomMorrison - can you please do a series for people who are mobility impaired? Broke my leg, had surgery, and am still on 0% body weight on the injured leg. I would love it if you could show us stretches with a "out of commissioned leg~ below knee through foot, not just injured foot, but shin bone also". Thanks, buddy. I subscribed!

      it's possibly you're lower back is compensating for a tighter upper back! Trying doing it seated or kneeling and see if that helps

    Thanks for having a woman doing the stretches as well in all your videos. I know that for stretching, there's realistically no difference in technique, but for some reason it's easier for me to visualize when I do the stretches myself.

    Wow that’s some unique movements/stretches!! Really love the channel dude. I use a foam roller on my mid/upper back every night for only like 3-5 mins and it completely rids me of neck/upper back pain… and it’s for similar reasons- stretching out the tight anterior muscles. Foam roller also works out the knots in my back!!

    Hello Tommy bro, i have a request, please can you make video on strengthening and flexibility of elbows. My elbows were broken in childhood and still i can't do pushups or pull ups with them.
    My muscles can tolerate a lot but bones and joints in elbow feel like scratching against each other with massive pain.
    I would be glad if you could help with that.
