Glad to see you didn't spend crazy money on a Snap-on box. Crazy pricey. I added some Icon sockets to my collection. -40% off. Hard to pass up that deal.
You do not have to bring the complete set to harbor freight, just item thats broke. Ever see the items, tools for sale in back corner thats missing item and they mark it down 20%. thats what thats from, someone started this having to bring complete set crap in store over a year ago and people repeat it, Not raggin on you bro, just want people to no thats not the case.Enjoyed the upload! Great set up not to be in debt for...congrats
Hey man good job on your tools so far. Would definitely recommend you check out tekton if you want master sets of sockets. They have em for chrome and impacts. The 3/8 set goes from 6-24 mm and 1/2 set goes from 10-36mm. That's only if you want metric. Lifetime warranty too. Also they just came out with their 3/8 swivel impact master set. Would also recommend craftsman overdrive wrench sets as they're a cheaper less efficient version of the RBRT wrenches from Mac.
Your harbor freight is doing the warranty wrong. I Only have to bring in the piece from the set and they open a new one and give me the one I need. Then they mark the price down on the set that took the piece from.
Good to know, I haven’t warranted anything YET. I just heard that harbor freight warranty works like that, I would have to try it out and see if it’s actually how people say it is. Thanks for your comment.
@@CarDoctor_7 Yeah, it depends on who you get. I've had it both ways at the same store. They also have the right to deny warranty at the manager's discretion.
Exactly right. Easy warranty at H freight. Bring in the defective item and they give you a replacement one no questions asked. I warrant a wrench. They opened the box gave me a new wrench n marked down the open box -20%. I went ahead and purchased the open box. Great way to get a second set ✌️. Snap-on now once you to send the broken item back. It never was that way. 😮
Kabo makes those long 5pc ratcheting wrench set you compared to cornwell,The quality is same because Kabo makes them for.. icon, cornwell. platinum, K tool, mountain & carlyle
I have a lot of old Craftsman as well as new ones. No issues. Why people put down Craftsman makes no sense. I own the Toyota oil filter removal socket as well bought front Amazon. Great tool n price.
@@shanestrains2849 they are very handy when it comes to tight spots, the only downside is that I love the sound of a ratchet and these ones are super quiet. But other than that the are great! You should get one yourself. Thanks for your comment.
Dumb question. Did you get those Mac pliers from the deal that sold them with 2 Mac Tools beer mugs? Cause that’s when I get the same set of pliers lol

“It’s not huge but it does the job.” That’s what she said
I came here to say this but I knew in my heart that it had already been said
Story of my life haha
Been thinking about adding those icon box wrenches. Everyone seems to love them

@@Swampy948 no but that would be cool! I got those on a 200$ deal. Not bad for all the pliers you get
@ dude $200!? My truck had them for $90 with the beer mugs. Sipping out of one of em rn.
@ Im talking about the whole set! It was like a 20 pliers set.
@@CarDoctor_7 that makes more sense. Thing mine only came with 5 or 6 but they’re more than enough for me rn
