i beat this game yesterday and i dont understand y i got betrayed and blown up at that point at the end of the game i still had x8 respect and about $1,000,000 and i was only at 65 percent i still dont get y they killed me and y they didnt tell me that it was happening well i still beat the game btw it took me three days to take out the rollers they were easy
Frank Wagner believe it or not there’s a video on RUclips explaining that the ending to saints row 1 was actually a mistake Julius wasn’t suppose to be there walking at the end so that’s why saints row 2 story would have been different if the ending to the first one wasn’t messed up
The Saints were suppose to drop their flags as part of deal with monroe but Julius knew the main character would never do that so he attempted to kill him by setting a bomb on the boat.
How do I complete the last mission, no matter how many damn times I do it on a new game it continues to say I've only completed 35 out of 36 missions, please answer cuz I replied this question on a lot videos and comments and no one seems to wanna answer my freakin question
Man I love this game! I wish they made one for the ps3 but it's cool I wish they promised in SR4 which was bring back lin, carlos, dex, aisha and troy.
Carlos and aisha are both dead, so bringing them back would be stupid. Troy isn't really needed in the story line anymore as the only thing he did that was ''story changing'' was back in sr2 when he abused his police power to keep the boss alive. And Dex? I sure hope they bring Dex back because they never tied up what happend to Dex. In sr4 they made a couple of references to him but never really tied up that loose end.
I'm assuming it has something to do with the fact that Dex Jumps into Ultor and Troy is a Cop. Maybe that's how the connections came together... I'm not sure...we missed that side of the story, We know that Dex joined Ultor but we don't know how...instead they turned the series into a joke.
tfw the ending of the game is actually not what it was originally meant to look like; Julius actually wasn't supposed to be the one who rigged the boat to explode, and Julius was supposed to be running away from something, injured.
With that, the game was supposed to end with the player still trying to figure out who betrayed them. Especially when everyone shown in this cutscene is a likely suspect. Troy, one of the survivors of the three gangs, dex, Aiesha, Julius.

I'm currently playing Saints Row: The Third, and the game has really jumped the shark in this one. It can be argued that the series was starting to jump the shark in the second one, but SR: TT overdid it.

King looked worried and lough looked like she was worried about something that was about to happen (The bombing) this has made me wonder a lot ever since I played saints row 1 again two months ago.. it's still a big mystery to me..
