After which he neglected me and emotionally abused me as a child, risked my life countless times, introduced me to hard drugs, etc etc etc. I’m currently renovating it as he allowed his friends to wreck the place, therefore it was well below market value. I’ve made a £50k increase on purchase price already according to a recent valuation. Nearly ready to rent it out and make it my first property on my portfolio. We don’t talk any more. I like that.
