I really like your content and that your approach is levelheaded and neutral in an age and on a platform where people have very strong opinions about everything under the sun. Rani Mukherjee was obnoxious in that interview, IMO. Having said that, it cannot be denied that both girls and boys learn how to conduct themselves in society to a great extent, by their primary caregiver, mostly the mother. I consider my mother almost entirely responsible for the misogyny and entitlement my brother embodies, of course, no mother tells her son it's okay to harass anyone. Still, I think mothers can be enablers when it comes to the internalized misogyny that we all have, to some extent, of course.
I agree that caregivers have a huge hand in what children do. I also think it is very wrong to only blame mothers. There are plenty of fathers who are so sexist and misogynistic that that is all their sons know from birth. Many of their mothers are abused, or otherwise silenced, and that is the only example of "being a man" that these kids get. The constant sexualisation and harassment of women in public and private, and the enabling and romanticisation of harassment and stalking in cinema and other media, plus bad influences in their own age groups, all contribute to sexism in impressionable young children. I also think that the inclination of men in India and other conservative countries toward violence is also because of the lack of healthy masculinity as an example. There is a normalisation of men not crying, but bursting into rage and breaking things when they are sad or hurt emotionally. The constant suppression of emotion and subsequent channelisation of emotion solely through rage is also a huge factor in violence against people of all genders, but even more women, who are already vulnerable.
Jammy you are one of the few people who have taken a positive stand about the #metoo movement. I know many guys who feel uncomfortable when stuff like this even come up. I am really grateful to you and hope that more people share your thoughts about this sensitive topic.
Rani mukherjee's comment about mothers actually made a lot sense. As we step into our teens we girls are given this list of do-s and do not-s by our mothers. But honestly we can't just blame our mothers because this is coming from generation after generation. It is still prevalent in india that a boy brings fortune weath etc and a girl is just a liability who will be married off to someone after a Certain age.

After all that is said and done with women speaking the same thing for 500 years, its time to inform people about workplace harrasment, violence, discrimination etc... and then put it effect rules that'll not prevent but make any person committing such acts accountable and make sure consequences will be there. Based on that roundtable with rani and others there's no point made at all when they themselves are arguing amongst themselves. I would side by tabu which is silently sitting with no expressions.

Govinda can't even speak english properly... Ye ratta dialogue hi bol sakta hai... I saw him at Visa office where he requested assistant to help in the interview... Aur ye duffer bol raha hai ki Avatar isko offer ki gai... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Jokes aside...he infact did Hindi remake of Godfather...film name was zulm ki hukumat and honestly that's one of the best Govinda film which for some reasons didn't work.
This is a fantastic video. Its ridiculous how youtube could demonetize it. There are millions of videos promoting soft porn over youtube which never gets banned and good content based videos often faces the wrath of youtube for reasons hiertho unknown. Carry on the good work brother!!
Anyhow Govinda will always be one of my favourites because of some pure entertainment he has provided us throughout the years with perfect comic timing.
I don't think all 90s kids remember Hema just as politician or Kent RO women 🙄 if that kid is a bollywood fan, she/he would very well know many of her hit movies.. I have seen majority of her movies, she was awesome as an actress and beautiful😍😍 not so much as a person though... she is in controversies for so many wrong reasons..
In a Bengali regional show abhijit said much more ridiculous things about srk. I mean seriously he said srk is flop now because of him. And also he said he rejected AR Rahman because he makes artificial songs. *seriously* AR Rahman is the best musician
I don't know about others but I would like to agree with Rani's last point.. Mothers do have a role in teaching their children how to behave with others.. And in the overall character development of an individual. I don't see anything wrong in this statement.
Wow.. so you mean to say.. guys who rape and harass women were taught to do so by their mothers? And children are not a responsibility of fathers? Children aren't influenced by Fathers' behaviour?
@@gumiho6075 I agree with you. Children are influenced by the environment they are brought up in. They change and develop by what they see and hear, be it from an uncle, a friend, their parents and what not. But sometimes, regardless of the family or friends, the principles of the child can differ disastrously so. Not because the parents were at fault, but the formation of thoughts in that person's head. By the time they are 13, their brains are developed enough to perform thought processes on their own, gather pieces from the past and present and create their own sense of self. That is where the problem kicks in because when they experience something that distorts any moral obligation to the society, the person changes. Regardless of what gender that person bears, he/she/they would find themselves with a messed up explanation for their actions that leads to various filthy and unethical consequences. The thing that they see as reward far outweighs their rationality and if it is not balanced then the person will go crazy I suppose. So, the reward and emotions/rationality should be in a vague balance that holds them together.
And fathers are absolutely useless in bringing up their children, right? You're saying that the same fathers who perpetuate these disgusting values in their own house from the way they treat their wives, daughters or women in general has nothing to do with their son's development and upbringing? Mothers do have a hand but its not ONLY mothers and in a household where the mother has no value or seen as inferior as a woman, there isn't much she can do to change it. It starts with the fathers.
Well in case of Govinda I feel he might be right, atleast that JC offered him Avatar!! Remember Avatar is more than a 10-12 years project of JC. And he tried making it couple of times earlier but said the technology was just not available at that time, so during that period paint must have been an obvious first choice for authenticity. Then he finally did in 2009 using CGI

He actually thought he'd would be painted. Haan ramleela chal rahi hain yeha 😂😂😂😂
James Cameron recently revealed to the media that he grew up watching Govinda's movies and that "Raja Babu" is his favorite film. He also admitted that he wanted to remake "Raja Babu" in Hollywood, but was unable to obtain the rights to the film.
Govinda can't even speak english properly... Ye ratta dialogue hi bol sakta hai...
I saw him at Visa office where he requested assistant to help in the interview...
Aur ye duffer bol raha hai ki Avatar isko offer ki gai...
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Tere se to behtar hi hai
Ab ye zyada ni bol gaya tu pehle khud ko dekh chomu
Dialogue from Avatar "Who would u expects numb nuts !"
'Numb nuts' is a suitable word for Govinda.
Your research on your chosen topic is top notch in any video!!
The Godfather was also offered to Govinda but he refused by saying main beer ke naam wali movie nhi karuga 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Jokes aside...he infact did Hindi remake of Godfather...film name was zulm ki hukumat and honestly that's one of the best Govinda film which for some reasons didn't work.
actually James bond is based on my life... they just filmed it before i was born... just to make me stand out when i was born...
This is a fantastic video. Its ridiculous how youtube could demonetize it. There are millions of videos promoting soft porn over youtube which never gets banned and good content based videos often faces the wrath of youtube for reasons hiertho unknown. Carry on the good work brother!!
It's really very difficult to make such videos of fill of research hats off to this guy
At 3:14, the Abhijeet part hit home to me. His talent was wrongfully dismissed, but his arrogance grew afterward and thus made him untouchable.
Anyhow Govinda will always be one of my favourites because of some pure entertainment he has provided us throughout the years with perfect comic timing.
How dare sajid khan said these words for the most iconic films of all time "gone with the wind".😤
That "achha" by the reporter in sajid's case has another level of fanbase 😁😁😁
Govinda is talking about rajesh Khanna's avtaar🔥
I don't think all 90s kids remember Hema just as politician or Kent RO women 🙄 if that kid is a bollywood fan, she/he would very well know many of her hit movies.. I have seen majority of her movies, she was awesome as an actress and beautiful😍😍 not so much as a person though... she is in controversies for so many wrong reasons..
In a Bengali regional show abhijit said much more ridiculous things about srk. I mean seriously he said srk is flop now because of him. And also he said he rejected AR Rahman because he makes artificial songs.
*seriously*
AR Rahman is the best musician
@Hassan Farooq attention seeker . Next time bigg boss confirm 😂😂😂

Dont worry Govinda is confirmed in Avatar 2 😂
Well in case of Govinda I feel he might be right, atleast that JC offered him Avatar!!
Remember Avatar is more than a 10-12 years project of JC. And he tried making it couple of times earlier but said the technology was just not available at that time, so during that period paint must have been an obvious first choice for authenticity. Then he finally did in 2009 using CGI
Ajeeb lagega na Govinda ko poore blue paint kardiya to🤣 and imagine him dancing with that Xd
If I had given only one channel to subscribe, that would be undoubtedly this.
The content this channel creates is absolutely mind blowing.
