If you're near LIDL they do vegan pizza bases in the chiller aisle and you can just make your own pizza how you like it. They're great.

Loving the 2 different chickpea curries. The pizza and salad looked so tasty. Also the lentil dish too. I am glad Joan is finished with her second treatment, hope it all works for her.

Food looks lovley as usuall... as you have run out of the lime pickle Paul.. strongly suggest you try the geetas lime chutney it's like lime pickle but soooo much better 😊 think I mentioned it to you before on a live... Best wishes to Joan

Great week of grub. The chips and mushy peas just need a pie, vegan of course, served on the peas to have an “Adelaide pie floater”
Made us feel warm and cosy just watching that food😋 Shitting of the salad, shitting of the pasta and now shitting of the chips...we can't keep up🤣

If I get some vegan no-fish fingers
I find that they are much better
with some malt vinegar on them.
Then I am transported to my childhood.
So I have just bought 2 bottles of Sarson's
which should last me YEARS LOL

I have a collection of vinegars
and they are nice
and are used in a variety of circumstances
but there is something about Sarson's
with the barley malt that enhances
chips and no-fish.
...just sat down to chill , before we head up to the cemetery..and y'all's video popped up

I'm curious about the instapot or whatever it's called. Is it really good for chickpeas, beans etc? I used to use a slow cooker but it never tasted as good as tinned even with soaking for hours and hours etc.
It's amazing for all dried beans and such. There are guides online
