Thanks for the kit part number! Makes life a whole lot easier! Question... Before coming across this video, I saw others, (not for the CLA250 trans), where the torque converter is drained. Is that necessary or an option on the CLA250 transmission?
Thank you for a good video. My local MB wants over $1200 to do it. FCP Euro has a complete kit with fluid. My local MB charges for around $200 an hour labor.
Great video, just had a question for you. I have the exact car and have been watching a lot of videos on changing the transmission fluid. On most videos after they drain oil and replace, they also drain oil from the cooler lines. Do you not have to do that with Mercedes?
Thank you for this detailed video including torque specs and pictures of everything! You’re awesome

I would love to be a mechanic making $200/hr lol

It is recommended but not always needed if you’re just doing a simple fluid replacement. If you’re flushing then most definitely.
@@TexThaiAuto Can you tell me exactly what oil needs to be filled? Or just paste the link here
How dirty was the oil? How many miles did it have?
what's the brand of fluid you use?
Liquimoly dual clutch gear oil 8100
How often should this be done?
Mercedes recommends at 60k miles.
Drain and fill with same amount???? Another excellent UtubeU graduate
If there’s no leaks then obviously it’ll be the factory amount.
