It would be difficult. US schools like to see decent GPAs. It's not very tough to get say a 3.7 GPA (only 80% in CBSE Boards). If you are from a state board where marking is difficult you will need to check your exact GPA based on your board. WES is a paid service that converts Indian marks to US GPA system. You can check with them. Realistically though, SAT score alone will not compensate for a very bad GPA. You will need to consider colleges outside the US.
Does we also require co-curricular to take admission in these universities with scholarship?
Co-curricular helps but is not mandatory.

I got 76 percentage in 12th so with high sat scores i can get scholarship of around 50 percent also?
Slightly difficult. You can apply to some lower ranked colleges.
