Cardio cardio cardio!!!!!!...... I don't mean run a marathon but like y'all said if u can't at least get a mile in with your ruck and at the end still be able to function your already starting off in bad shape...... Pun intended lol. Great video. Glad I found your channel
It's all about getting those reps in and being consistent. Training takes time, whether it be fitness or being at the fire range. It ain't about comparison. It's about the fact to be actually motivated to do these things. Anyone willing to put the work and effort in gets my respect. Plus having at least one guy at least with you on drills or lifting weights is a plus. We can't be lone wolves anymore, guys. Shit about to go down everywhere.
Trench, a great cold start idea would be to to invite a friend to the range. It seems like y’all can pull up on the range. Anyways. Let him pull up and put on zero kit. Not any preparation. Just say. At the beep. Get into your car. And put 10’rounds on these two targets. That will make digging through the car more challenging. Is he gonna throw on a bunch of shit? The helmet? Ears? Etc. that would be a true WROL idea. Love your stuff. Keep on posting
Pistols definitely tough compared to rifle..... I can't imagine having to do that in a real gun battle, I don't know if I could hit the target at all LOL

I'm inclined to side with Nutnfancy on the issue of bugging out: better to shelter in place if possible. Living off the fat of the land in the far off woods is a bit of a fantasy.
@@cliffkirby8570 Definitely a concern. Home is comfortable, familiar and easy. As someone who dabbles in hunting I know I'd starve if I had to bug out in the deep woods. My wife and daughter would not want to leave our home. It would be way easier to harden my home than just to drop everything and live in the woods.
You're right. Good God I didn't know how bad I needed to PT until after I caught cancer. That shit SHOT my shape. After I recover from that stupid ass surgery the gym is calling my name.
I try to hit the gym at least 5 days a week. I for sure need to focus more on cardio then the weight. Just yesterday I did a 6 mile hike with my “big out bag” and all the stuff in it plus my conceal Cary. With proper hiking boots and with cargo pants. Hiked in knee high snow got lost due to not being able to see the trial with all the snow. Made some ready wise to fuel up and ate tuna. We’re able to see asphalt due to me using whatever I can on maps on my phone. Got out of there. Was fun but having a camelback mule on your back and gun in appended carry you do feel it.

You guys are talking survival in today's episode. Great content but I think you are missing something. You need a knife in that kit. A fixed blade full tang single edge of quality make. I know it is extra weight but a knife is invaluable in a survival scenario. You need fire starting equipment. You need a way to sterilize water, like a stainless steel water bottle. Iodine tabs are small, so is flint and cotton balls dipped in Vaseline. Waterproof matches. A woobie is also a good idea. Winning the fight is important but so is not freezing to death if caught out in the sticks. Just some ideas.

@ David of the forest. There are no Drill Instructors in the Army. There are Drill Sergeants in the Army and they are Pussies . This country is a business and complete chaos is bad for business. Complete collapse is highly unlikely. I lived in Seattle when the cops abandoned the precinct and left a few square miles of residential Seattle on its own for an entire month. Kids in masks with guns were killing people in the streets. The rest of the country was functioning normally. So was that WROL or not? Was I good to turn people into bodies? No, I was not. I would have been prosecuted, despite living in an area literally controlled by armed militants with no police or military presence. That's something we should all think about in our little WROL fantasies. Unless there's a hostile takeover of the whole country and the federal government collapses your "WROL" will probably be seen as an isolated incident by the rest of the country and the government. If you put on your high cut and plates and create a body, even in legit defense of your life/family, you're probably going to be seen as a vigilante murderer that should have sat and waited for the cavalry. Where were all the like-minded individuals rushing in from across the country to defend democracy? It's not gonna happen. Even if an entire state was taken over by unlawful combatants nobody is going to saddle up and rescue that ass if everything is working normally in the other 49. Ruby ridge and Waco happened during a time when anti-government militias were at the highest level of activity ever in our history. Where was everybody then? The only thing that might change that would be an actual war in the US, and then it's not really WROL is it? It's just war. And then bugging out becomes just a nice way of saying abandoning the war.
