Hi @PsyCafe, I was able to better prepare for my interview with your videos so thank you so much. I had my interview about 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from the embassy yet. I am wondering if I should contact them or contact NIIED to follow up on the status or just keep waiting? Please tell me what you know/have experienced after the pre-selection interview.
hey.. ur vdos are really helpful. can u also make a vdo as to hw to write a study paln for kgsp. im really stuck at the first step itself. it would be really helpful and i would be very grateful. thank you.
Geetanjali Ravi Kumar Hey, Concerning the study plan part, that's a totally personal thing. You will have to write about how you will be studying and how you will conduct your research study in details. Watch statement of purpose video for more. :)
Thank you very much for the information and my question is if I am asked few question in not more than 5 minutes it does mean that they are not comfortable with making interview with me?
not necessarily. They might have a lot of people to interview, or everything was clear and they didn't have more questions to ask or the interview went faster than expected, or , or, or... good luck
Hello, I have a question. Was there a test that you needed to take, like an SAT or a CSAT before applying? Also, was there an entrance exam from the university that you want to enter in Korea if you were chosen as a scholar there? Thank you in advance.
Hello my dear friend, I am really grateful for your help. I have a question. It is about recommendation letter. Should my recommender send recommendation letter signed, and sealed, and after in an envelope with seal. Or can she send just sealed and signed letter with envelope without seal? Thank you in advance for your answer!
Jasurbek Kulmatov Hello, Letters of recommendations should be signed and put in an envelope. Then she should seal and sign the envelope and you should not open it. In case the professor is kinda retired and has no stamp, NIIED says that it's fine to only sign the envelope to show that it has not been opened. I hope that answered your question
can i ask, if for undergraduates who don't have work experience and also experience with korean culture how to answer it later, please answer my question
wanted to ask when writting the statement of purpose and study plan and subject of research,do i create another form then attach to the original form given,,or just write in the space provided in the form
Well I guess there's always next year because I wrote my own essays on my own paper. They didn't even specify that we _had to_ use those forms from the website. Ugh.
Hello Psy, I want to ask you a question. Should I fill these application forms with pen after printing it or Should I fill them electronically? Thank you in advance for your answer
Hey, You can fill it either way and you should be perfectly fine. I recommend typing over hand writing since that makes your app look cleaner and clearer :)
The symbols you can find in word doc in the right corner (if you can't find them just write X instead of ✔) For the signature, after you fill up the form, print it out and sign it
I have a question regarding the letter of recommendation @psycafe do you know if they can answer more than the space provided or is it fixed 2 page for the recommendation? Thank you
I don't think NIEED specified anything concerning how long letters of recommendation should be. So I believe it's fine for your professor to write as much as he/she wants :)
In University track application, is there a chance to be rejected by the government (NIIED) while accepted by the university? The other question is that what could be NIIED's interview questions?
Haimanot Mitiku Yes, the university sents the successful applicants to NIIED which makes the final decision. NIIED does not conduct interviews (only universities and embassies do)
I cant check if my country is eligible. It doesn't say anything about eligible countries on the website. Im from bosnia and want to study for my bachelors degree in korea.
I got to know from website that deadline is on 31 March but most of the universities fix deadline at around 15 march. i want to apply masters program there, and i have 6.5 IELTS score. What can i do and should i send my application to embassy via post or directly? eagerly waiting to know from u. thanks in advance.
Md Faiz ullah The guidelines vary in every country. Check if your embassy asks for hard copies or online submition. Each track follows its deadline. You better apply through the embassy since you don't have enough time for university track
Can be either via skype or phone call! they will probably let you know ahead of time to prepare yourself and you can asked them about the means of interview
12th marks are important or not for scholarship because in 12th i had non medical stream but now i m studying psychology in ba i want to do masters in psychology in industrliast department
Hey I m komal Hassan from Pakistan, I want to ask an important question, In the university which I am trying to apply schplarship are saying to pay fee in online application I cant afford the fees so I will not pay the fees but I will do online application and will ask for scholarship and will submit my documents will there be a chance for my acceptance, I have questioned it to many people's and nobody answer me yet I hope you can help me
According to my friend's claims, the interview phase in the university track is not as standard as it is in the embassy track. Meaning that each university might follow a difference procedure, some may not even conduct the interview. In his case, he was apprently interviewed by a graduate assistant.

Hi , am from india ..a student of class 11th planning to study in korea....can u tell me 1 thing what will they ask to an undergraduate?? Do they ask class from 11&12th syllabus or something extra?? Please do answer🙏

Hello my friend, I want to ask you about awards. Can I send them in my native language (Uzbek) or Must I translate them in English? And what about published papers? Thank you in advance for your help

I didn't have any published papers so I do really know. You can sinply write the title in the application form and attach the abstract as a seperste document.
